A couple days later..
Stevie entered the office, staring across the desk at Tremaine, listening to the laughter and chatter spilling from his mouth. She scrunched up her nose. "Hmm.." Shutting the door closed behind herself. She sashayed over toward Tremaine's desk, pushing aside the stack of files sitting there, she slipped up onto the desk, crossing her legs. Tapping her finger against the expensive watch on her wrist.
Laughing he held up his finger. "Gimme' a sec, kitten," Tremaine whispered before returning to his call.
"Don't kitten me, Oliver!" She whispered harshly causing him to laugh.
Clearing his throat. He straightened up in his seat. "No, no I completely understand, Jackson. I'm happy to help. Just let me know if you guys need anything else, enjoy your night, bye," Hanging up the receiver. He turned left in his seat a little to face Stevie.
Relaxing back in his seat, he scooted down some to get comfortable as he parted his thighs. "What's up, mama? You ready to go?" He asked eyeing the blue material of her skirt as it raised up her thighs slightly.
"Yup," She smiled shaking her hair out of the bun she had it in. "Duckies is doing two dollar cocktail's and his famous Louisiana wings! Let's go before we miss it, Tre," She whined.
Smiling he removed his glasses from his face. "Yes ma'am, alright, alright, let's go then," Standing up from his seat. He grabbed his jacket from the back of the chair slipping it on. "Put this in your purse for me?" He told her handing her his phone and wallet.
"The shmoney... Any day of the week," She laughed taking his phone and wallet from him.
"Yeah a'ight," He smiled as he turned his computer off. Doing a glance around his desk, he made sure he had everything he needed.
After getting his item's situated in her bag. The two made an exit from Tremaine's office. Locking their hands together. The pair strolled towards the elevator. "Can I ask you something?" Stevie asked while they waited for the shaft to arrive.
"What's up?" He inquired turning to look at her. As she was already staring at him with a questioning facial expression.
"Do you still love her?" She asked because the idea had been lingering in the back of mind ever since the incident at Tremaine's, a few weeks ago. Though she vowed it was all good between them, it was just something she couldn't get over so easily.
