*Third person pov*
After the breakfast Avantika went to her room to get ready for school tomorrow.
Sanaya felt strange about Avni's about attitude. According to what she told her, no girl would be so cheerful the next morning... It has to be the worst feeling in the world ever, but she's acting all good in no time.
Sanaya knew this feeling because she was familiar with how awful it felt.
She remembered a time when she was 6 or 7 years old, she went over to her mom's bestfriend, Chaitanya's house with her and Shweta.
Chaitanya aunty was the motherly figure in her world, she watched the girls grow up. She loved her and Shweta so much, more than her own boys, Rahul and Ketan. Sanaya didn't have brothers, but they were brotherly figures in her life. She was close to them, they used to play together with them, and she had the best time of her life with them.
They were only 5 and 6 years older than the girls, Rahul being the younger one. 'Rahul bhaiya' was the one Sanaya trusted the most, she was so much attached to him, and much closer to him than she was to Bhai Ketan. Instead Shweta was attached to him more, and they shared same personality.
Sanaya started to have a liking of Rahul bhaiya (brother) since the begining. He cared for her, he protected her, he was nice to her, he smiled a lot around her, he made her happy and excited. He was the most handsome man in her eyes.
She was once playing "Home Sweet Home" with Rahul bhaiya and Shweta, He declared that Shweta was their daughter, and Sanaya and him were husband and wife.
He asked Shweta to go out of the room and come in after 3 minutes, as 'Husband and wife need to be alone'.
Flashback
"So what shall we do now?" Sanaya asked innocently as Rahul bhaiya looked at her. "Come here." he smiled as he offered his hand.
He twirled her around making Sanaya smile being treated as a princess. He held her from the back, hugging her tight.
Sanaya giggled like a little girl she was. She felt his head resting on her shoulder as she kept her hands on his, that were wrapped around her waist.
"What are you doing?" She asked getting uncomfortable, but it was relaxing... somehow.. (Like what???)
He didn't reply to her, she frowned. "Leave me" she said patting on his hands. "One minute." he murmured.
"No leave me now!" she frowning but his hold was very strong given that he was very much older than her, it started crushing her as he paid no attention to what Sanaya said.
Just then the door opened and Shweta came in the door, Rahul opened his hands and stood slightly afar from Sanaya.
He went on with the game with Shweta and Sanaya could just stare at him....
Flashback Ends
Sanaya couldn't get used to the truth till now. She doesn't want to accept it, she doesn't want to accept that the only boy she trusted, betrayed her in the worst way possible....
Sanaya suddenly shook her head and focused on everyone sitting around the table.
"Maa, Paa, I have something to discuss with you" Sanaya said as she looked at Daksh, who looked quiet uncomfortable.
"Mhmm, what is it beta?" Sarika asked smiling.
"Maa, I know you have offered me a job in your company, I'm sorry I might not be able to join you..." Sanaya said apologising to her.
