"Hi," Daksh greeted his precious lover with a loving hug. Sanaya was tired, he knew she spent her day fixing and decorating her new room/office.
Sanaya smiled putting her head on his chest as they shared the warmth and coziness of each other, she giggled. "Hi," she said excitedly.
"It's very late I think we need to sleep," he mummed rubbing his wife's back. "You know you can stop wearing sarees at home, or even outside," he broke the hug and looked at her lovingly, putting her hair behind her ear.
"Although you look very gorgeous, I reckon it is very hard to manage," he smiled.
"It would have been, if my husband didn't carry the loose end of my saree all the way from the car to the airport and back," Sanaya bit her lip to stop smiling and give away the idea that she was flustered.
The gentleman in the coat blushed and looked away smiling. He didn't expect her to notice it, he was very careful with that, but the fate betrayed him. Sanaya held him by his waist tightly and peaked to see his reaction.
Cute giggling sounds filled the room as they teased each other and seize the chance to make the other person feel comfortable enough to crack jokes and lead on. They laid on the bed looking at each other, a grin forming on their lips.
"I didn't expect my married life to be this fun," Daksh started, "A year back, I would have laughed at the thought that I'd be happily married."
He chuckled at her poor past-self. "A year back, I wouldn't even have believed if someone told me I'd get out that house," Sanaya confessed openly.
Her heart fluttered, feeling the uneasiness of talking about her past. Daksh held her hand and looked deep in her eyes, "You are the most perfect person I have ever seen or met," he sincerely told her.
"Not because of how you were in school, but how you are now. I see the enormous potential and beauty in your work as well as in you. As a classmate, you had a great impact on my life, and from this moment and forever," he paused taking her hand to his mouth, "You are me life. My everything."
Sanaya gulped. The nervous feeling in her heart was gone, but she still felt very unsure of the 'love' he confessed. She did not doubt him or his excellency in making her feel the emotions she forgot she once had. It was just that... she was not certain if she was the right person to stand by him.
"Thank you for everything," she whispered closing her eyes as she felt his lips graze on her hand as he placed a small kiss on her fingers.
"Nah, I don't accept thanks," Daksh smirked suddenly lightening up the mood. "I want something in return baby," he turned over on his stomach, getting closer to Sanaya's face.
"I'll go to the therapy," she offered. "I mean, I am mustering up the courage to talk about it openly so—"
A finger on her mouth shut her up from rambling on and on. "Shh," her husband moved his thumb over her lips. She couldn't help but leave her mouth open as her body demanded her to gasp at the sudden lethal move.
