As a kid, you knew Tiana and Charlotte growing up. You remembered all the times you and Tiana would go to Charlotte's estate, as Tiana's mother made dresses for the rich girl.
Your parents were rich, so you had an estate of your own, and that's how you met Charlotte. Elijah--also known as Big Daddy-- La Bouff had come over to talk with your parents and brought Charlotte with him, so the two of you had just played in your room.
Now, you weren't a fan of dresses or big, frilly skirts, but Charlotte was charming in her own way. You two became friends right away, and one day when you were visiting Charlotte Tiana and her mother came over. And ever since that day you, Charlotte and Tiana had been best friends.
And now, each of you were sorta doing your own thing, but you still kept in contact. Tiana was a waitress for two restaurants, working hard to get her own restaurant, while Charlotte was waiting for that Prince of Maldonia.
You? You moved on to become an author. You still talked with Tiana and Charlotte, but as you were quite popular you were busy working most of the time.
But, ever since you turned twenty, Tiana and Charlotte had been warning you about the Shadow Man. And although you were curious about him, you took heed of your friends' warnings and avoided his alley like the plague.
However, you never thought the arrival of a certain Prince would change your life forever.
