Your POV
To think, here you were standing on the float next to Eli LaBouff whilst Lottie stood in a wedding dress next to a guy none of you knew.
Your gaze turned to look at where Facilier was hiding; a malicious smirk on his face and a voodoo doll of Big Daddy in one hand with a needle in the other.
You couldn't believe you had agreed to this, and what's worse was you could've sworn you could hear a voice and see movement coming from the little box next to the "prince." You were convinced you were going insane, and maybe you were; after all, who'd be sane after dealing with the Shadow Man?
But as you watched the "prince" and Lottie make their vows---having completely zoned out the voices---you noticed a small firefly make its make up to the "prince's" ear. It was hard to make out, but you were certain that you heard the firefly ask, "What're you doing??" before the prince swatted it away.
You bit your lip and watched as the scene unfold; the firefly unlocking the box, and everything turning crazy as both you and the "prince" got off the float and ran into a building with Lottie yelling for the two of you to return...
Facilier's POV
"Who are you?!" Facilier could hear the fear and concern in Y/n's voice and was surprised to find she had Lawrence backed up into a corner when he entered the main room.
"I-I, uh..."
"That's enough, Doll," Facilier interrupted before Lawrence could continue, wrapping an arm around Y/n's waist and pulling her close to him.
"Facilier, keep the crazy girl away from me!" Lawrence cried, pointing at Y/n.
"Now, now Lawrence, who messed up here?" Facilier interjected before Y/n could chime in. "My Doll here has helpful to me, considering she has followed orders."
Your POV (Again)
You stiffened as Facilier's hand lowered to your hip. It was obvious he wanted to be close to you, but his anger was also obvious as his grip on you tightened.
Finally, Facilier shoved away who you now knew was "Lawrence" before removing his hand from your hip and instead grabbing your wrist.
"Come on Doll, we have a talisman to receive," he growled, nearly dragging you behind him as he stormed out of the building and began his way towards the cemetery.
You gulped. This would not end well.
