Your POV:
It was strange, to say the least. Facilier held onto your hand, a slight scowl on his face as he led you off towards the cemetery.
You felt shivers down your spine as the two of you walked, just about guaranteeing that there was some other supernatural force in play here. Especially considering the fact that Tia and the Prince of Maldonia had been turned into frogs.
Not only that, but, it seemed as though that a firefly---the one that you had seen earlier that you could've sworn whispered something into Lawrence's ear---appeared to have attacked Facilier. Not accidentally fly towards him as any other bug would, but attack.
But, Facilier just about ignored it, stepping on the poor firefly before continuing on his way, almost seemingly forgetting that you were following behind him.
That wasn't the weirdest thing, however, as just in front of the two of you when Facilier stopped was a small green frog. One, who, oddly enough, looked familiar.
"Tia?" You murmured under your breath, apparently just loud enough that Facilier gave you a knowing glance. However, at this point, it wasn't much of a surprise to you that things would end up getting weirder as the night went on.
