(A/N THIS IS A VERY LONG CHAPTER. I would like to clarify that I don't ship the people, just the characters. They are basically my ocs because I'm too lazy to actually create ocs. Above^ are my nails in honor of Tbh's face reveal which is below. NO SIMPING IN MY COMMENTS PLEASE. Also, I'd love to say I spent my break practicing my writing, but I didn't. I have COVID so i may write another chapter soon:)
Tbh frowned as he double checked his test. He got up to turn it in, casting a triumphant smirk towards his rival, Laff. They somehow had 70% of their classes together, and had a not so playful rivalry going. They fought over everything, from test scores to how many chicks they rejected. Tbh didn't know why, but he was never really interested in all the girls. Laff rejected all of them too, in the name of the contest. As he sped-walked to his next class, his thoughts drifted to the school trip in a couple of days. All of the honor students would be going to London for a week. They would pretty much get free range, except they had to stay with their assigned partner for the week, hotel room and everything. Tbh didn't mind. He was friends with almost everyone, and he made friends very easily. He slid into his seat and started up a conversation with his teacher.

Laff grinned as his alarm rang. He'd been up since 3 am, but didn't want to give his mom a heart attack. He go out of bed and finally started getting ready for the 8 hour flight. Throwing on a t-shirt and some sweatpants, he went to wake up his mom so she could drive him to the airport.
Plopping into his seat, he pulled out his phone. May as well text people while he still could. Someone sat down next to him, but Laff just texted his mom goodbye, reassuring her that he'd text when they landed safely. He put his phone on airplane mode and shoved it in his pocket. Finally glancing over at his seatmate, he frowned. Of course he had to sit next to TbhHonest. He sighed and just picked up his book. For some reason, he just couldn't relax whenever he was around him. Settling in for a long flight, he flipped to the first page of his book.
Laff slammed his book shut. What a terrible ending. He slid it into the pouch in front of his seat and checked his watch. 4 hours left. He heard a sigh and looked beside him, suppressing a grin. Tbh had fallen asleep, and was now drooling in his sleep. Laff supposed sleep would be a good idea, but he just wasn't tired. He could sleep when they got to London. He picked up the next book.

Tbh jolted awake, wondering where he was. It all came flooding back. The trip, the plane, his seatmate. He spared a glance over to Laff. Reading a book, typical. He luckily hadn't noticed his minor panic. He settled back in and started to play a game on his phone.
As Tbh stepped off the plane, he couldn't help but be amazed at how many people there were. Following the rest of his classmates to baggage retrieval, he snagged his red suitcase and went to wait with the teachers. They walked out of the airport and headed for the hotel. When they got there, partners were announced. Tbh zoned out, waiting for his name. His anxiety grew as the list got shorter and shorter and more people got paired up. He finally heard his name, but had no time to relax.
