Today was a new day and Joshie sprung out of bed with excitement. Today was water park day as he already began getting ready, went into the kitchen to make breakfast. Soon Rocky woke up with non excitement. It may have sounded like a great for Joshie, but for Rocky, it wasn't.
Rocky: *sighs* I'm so scared about this, but at the same time I don't want to say no about going. I don't want my brother to be disappointed
Joshie entered into his room to see the mixed breed awake, upset and scared. He hopped onto their bed and asked what was wrong. It took awhile for him answer, but he told him what was wrong with him.
Rocky: i...I'm really sorry to tell you this
Joshie: no Rocky, it's ok buddy. I totally understand that you don't want to go to a water park. Although, it wouldn't hurt just to try it. I promise I'll be here for you
Rocky: *Starts smiling* thank you brother
Joshie: anything for my brother
J&R Mother: you guys ready?
Joshie: yep
J&R Mother: you ready Rocky?
Rocky: yes
J&R Mother: well let's head on out
The three of them went into the car as their mother started the car. Joshie and Rocky's Mother looked at rear view mirror to see the two of them. She saw Rocky was in a nervous state and she was confused. It was supposed to be an exciting day, but seeing Rocky like that was worrying her.
J&R Mother: Rocky? Are you ok sweetheart?
Rocky: i...i..I'm a..afraid of water
J&R Mother: why? What do you not like about water sweetie?
Rocky: i...I don't like the feeling of being w..wet
J&R Mother: it'll be ok hun. I'll help you get in, I can just carry you so I can get wet and you won't. How does that sound?
Rocky: o..ok i..I guess
J&R Mother: it's gonna be ok Rocky
Rocky felt a little better as they reached the water park. There was a lot of people there, but the hot tub was not so crowded, so she decided to take Joshie and Rocky over there. They found their parking spot and parked the car. They came out as an excited Joshie got out of the car. Their Mother got Rocky out of the car as he jumped onto her arms. He had a few tears in his eyes out of fear.
J&R Mother: you gonna be ok for this?
Rocky: i...I don't know
Joshie started to think that this wasn't a good idea, so he decided to tell his mom they'll just sit down on one of the chairs while their mother has some fun. They entered into the park and Joshie takes Rocky over by the chairs to sit and talk.
Rocky: your not going in with mom?
Joshie: I don't want you to feel lonely while me and mom play in the water, so I decided to just sit down with you and just relax
Rocky: b..but I don't want to make you miss water park day, b..because o..o..of me
Joshie: it's ok Rocky, I'm fine with just sitting here and having a little chat
Rocky: thanks
Joshie: of course
After the water park was finished, they decided to get some food. As promised, it was Chinese food.
J&R Mother: ok boys, stay in here while I get some food ok?
Joshie and Rocky: ok mom
She smiled and left to go into the restaurant.
Rocky: Joshie?
Joshie: yes Rocky?
Rocky: do you think we can get a new video game?
Joshie: oooo yeah sure. I'd love to get a new video game
Rocky: what do you think we should get? Because, I was thinking of getting some new mario game
Joshie: which one?
Rocky was about to answer, until he heard some sirens coming. The both of them got and looked out the back window of the car and saw a police cruiser and a ATV. It was the PAW Patrol, heading to their next mission. Rocky gasped In excitement, seeing the PAW Patrol made him curious to get out of the car.
Joshie: WAIT!!!!! ROCKY COME BACK!!!!!!!
Rocky kept on running towards to the PAW Patrol doing their mission. He hid behind a rock to see the mission in action. The young boy and a German Shepherd pup surrounded the evil mayor Humdinger.
Chase: your surrounded mayor Humdinger
Mayor Humdinger: you won't be able to get me paw patrol!
He threw a smoke bomb and when the smoke finally cleared up, he was gone.
Ryder: where did he go?
Chase: I'm not sure sir, I'll try sniffing out his scent
Rocky was also confused as he decided to get back to his brother and mother, before he bummed into someone. It was Joshie.
Joshie: Rocky! What are you doing?
Rocky: I'm really sorry Joshie, i..I wanted to see them in action
Joshie: well, we have to get back bef........
J&R Mother: *clears throat*
Rocky: oh, s..sorry mom
J&R Mother: look just, make sure to tell me where you guys are going
Rocky and Joshie: yes ma'am
They went back into the car and drove home. They got their food out of the car once they arrived home. After lunch, Rocky layed down on the bed feeling upset. Joshie entered in and saw him.
Joshie: you doing ok buddy?
Rocky: i..I feel like i..I'm just nothing but a....a terrible pup
Joshie: everything is ok buddy, you just got a little curious about the PAW Patrol
Rocky: i..I just don't want to be un-adopted
Joshie: we would never un-adopt you, we really love you Rocky. I care about you, because we are brothers. And I love you brother
Rocky: I love you aswell brother and thank you for being there for me at the water park pal
Joshie: of course Rocky
Rocky: oh! What about the new video game?
Joshie: oh we can go to the video game store tonight I'll go ask our mom
Rocky: ok, thanks buddy
Joshie: your welcome buddy
Rocky smiled as he layed back down on the bed. He also wanted to ask about getting a new Wolf plush after what happened to the last one. He really missed his little Wolf plush, the plush was always there for him to keep him company when he was lonely in the orphanage.
