Spy in the Family [MAJOR EDITING]

Chapter 4

Finn's POV

All of a sudden I saw Lexi fall over-knocked out.

"Oh my gosh!" I yelled.

We ran over to Lexi.

"What do we do!?!" I said panicking.

"It's OK calm down," Dad said calmly, "you just knocked her out. She'll come around in a couple of minutes."

I blew a sigh of relief.

"Thank goodness I only had you use the stun dart, if you had used the other one..." the man trailed off," let's just say it would be bad."

"Wow," I thought as I looked over at Lexi, "I'm so lucky..."

"Ugh," Lexi groaned.

"Ah, see I told you," Dad said.

Lexi groaned again and sat up. She glared at me, and I looked back at her sheepishly. She got up and looked at Dad.

"So, when will we meet the other agents that we will be working with?"

Dad looked surprised.

"You want to join?" he asked, the shock clearly audible in his voice.

"I think I speak for both of us when I say this: yes," she said.

I nodded in agreement.

"OK then I will have your training commence almost immediately. Right after you meet your fellow agents," Dad said.

"Yay!" we cheered.

"This way, follow me," Dad said.

We walked down a different hallway and came to another door. Dad knocked and went in. The room was like a huge living room. There was a huge flat screen T.V. and a long curved couch. There was a sitting area and a coffee table. There were lots of doors along the wall, bedrooms I assumed.

"Come out and meet the new recruits!" Dad yelled to no one in particular.

All of a sudden the doors opened and 6 kids walked out.

"Hello Boss," a girl that looked about the same age as us. Actually, they all did.

"Who are the new kids?" a boy asked.

"This is Finn and Lexi, my children," Dad said.

We just waved. The kids looked at Dad in shock.

"Really?" another girl asked.

"Yes, now I want you do introduce yourselves," Dad replied.

It turned out that the first girl to speak was Lilly. She had brown hair that was slightly curly with purple highlights in her hair and green eyes. Zack was her partner and he had blond hair. The other girl was Alyssa she had brown hair like Lilly, and blue eyes. Her partner was Cody and he had black hair that was spiked up, like mine. Katie and Matt both were blond and Katie had red highlights.

After the introductions we were sitting around on the couch, Dad had left so we could get to know the other teams better.

"So," Matt said after a long awkward silence, "You're the Bosses kids."

"Um, ya," Lexi said.

"Is it cool to know your Dad is a spy?" Alyssa asked.

"Um, we didn't-" Lexi started and I finished "-know until today."

"Wow, that's creepy," Cody said.

"We know!" we said at the same time.

They just laughed.

"So, how long have you been agents?" I asked.

"Most of our lives," Matt answered.

"So how did you not know your Dad is a secret agent?" Katie asked. "Well it's pretty easy if he doesn't tell you," I answered.

We went on like that for a while until Matt said, "Hey is anyone else hungry?"

Everyone just laughed except Lexi and me.

"What's so funny?" I asked.

"Well Matt eats like a horse." Lilly explained. "

What do you want to eat?" Zach asked.

"What is there?" Lexi asked.

"Here, look at the menu," Katie said, "Though you might not have to Matt probably has it memorized."

"Hey!" Matt yelled, smiling. "I don't probably have it memorized I do have it memorized!"

We ordered and we sat around talking until the food came. We sat around and ate pizza until Dad came.

"So I see your getting along just fine!" he said.

"Yep!" we said.

"You guys will now live here if that's OK with you and your mom," Dad said.

"Sure!" I said.

We called Mom earlier and found out that she was fine with us staying.We got settled in our rooms. Mine was blue and had a laptop on a desk and a huge king sized bed. I jumped on it for a while. One whole wall was a fish tank. I couldn't believe this room was mine! There was a connecting door so Lexi and I could visit each other whenever we wanted to. I found that our whole apartment had a kitchen, living room, dining room, gym, and all of the bedrooms.

 We talked together before we all started to yawn.

"I think it's time to go to bed!" Lilly yawned.

I went into my bedroom and realized I didn't have any clothes. I looked in the walk-in closet and found all sorts of cloths, disguises, and shoes. I picked out something comfortable to sleep in, and got in bed.

My last thought as I drifted off to sleep was: "Wow this is crazy"

Hey guys sorry this chapter wasn't very eventful, I had to put their teammates in there so this was kind of a filler chapter. As usual don't forget to vote, comment, and follow! I will read all of your comments!
