Part 18

My dreams took me back to Magla's rave. I was in front of her again with Wrangler at my side. I saw myself talking to her It was like I was in a movie. I walked in and out of everyone watching them. I even waved my hand in front of one of the 7 Devils faces to make sure they couldn't see me. My dream landed me at the point where Cye was coming. I stood back and watched as he approached. As he came closer, I could feel my body start to radiate. Then I remembered he was holding Amura's head. The closer he walked the more I glowed.

Words began to be exchanged between him and Magla. When Cye threw Amura's head the chaos began. I watched each move everyone made. Including the python. He never bit me. A woman with dark hair pulled the tooth from the python and stabbed it into my neck. Her face was blurred. At that moment I began to see Cye running to me. He swept me up into his arms and ran me to his escalade. The voices I heard were Cye yelling to save me. Get me to his lab. Hurry. He was frantic. His eyes were filling with tears. He was coming undone. When we got back to his mansion, I quickly took note of the skadegamutes surrounding it. They were suspended above it chanting. As we passed through the gate it was like a vale went up disguising us. Cye kept yelling for help and for his driver to go faster. The escalade came to an abrupt halt outside a door I had never seen before. Men with a gurney rushed out the door to get my limp lifeless body. They took me to a white sterile room and began to work on me. Cye paced back and forth in the corner. His hands running through his hair at times, yelling for them to work faster.

I kept watching the men work on me trying to pull the tooth from my neck. When it finally came out my body raised from the table. Everyone backed up including Cye. My body was suspended over the table as flames formed from my belly and eyes and the shot out towards the ceiling. Then my body slowly fell back down to the table. Everyone stood there watching. Cye ran over to me and pulled me into his arms.

"Please come back to me. Please." Cye begged.

My chest began to rise and fall again with his words. It was as if our bodies were in tune with each other right from the beginning.

"Lumi!" I felt my body being shaken.

The walls of the sterile room began to blur. I was being shaken from my slumber. I tried to hang on to see what happened next. Just as the door to the room flew open, I sat straight up in bed. Sweat pouring from my face and body. My hair was melted to my face. My body was glowing a darker pink. It took me a minute to realize Cye was beside me in bed.

"Lumi are you ok? I have been trying to wake you for several minutes." His face was full of worry the lines on his forehead were becoming more prominent. I took in the sight and grabbed his face savagely kissing him. Pulling him on top of me and tearing at his shirt and pants. I needed to feel him inside me. I knew I was being aggressive, but I needed him, all of him. In that moment a beast inside me wanted to tear him apart. I could feel how aroused he was when took his pant off, and he rubbed up against the pool between my legs. As he thrusted deep inside me, I begged him to give me more. I wanted him to pound me and make me scream his name.

Cye pulled up on to his knees tossing my hips down behind my head onto the mattress and began to give me exactly what I asked for. All I could do was lay my hand onto his tanned chiseled chest and let out my primal moan.

"Cye, you're all I've ever wanted. Don't stop, I love feeling you so deep inside me, fill me up make me yours."

As the words came out of my mouth Cye erupted holding the most possessive hold over my body yet. He shook and pushed deep leaving his seed behind. He fell to my lips kissing me. His delicious lips were soft yet greedy with me. He needed me as much as I needed him. Still kissing my neck, he asked me, "what were you dreaming about?"

"I saw what happened the night of the rave."

Cye stopped kissing me. Looking me in the eyes, now purple eyes. Searching my face and holding my head.

"What do you mean you saw it?"

"Just what I said. I was there again walking around watching you all, even myself. I saw it all happen. Cye, I saw how much you love me."

He rolled off me back onto the bed putting his hands on his forehead. I could see he was thinking so hard, but what about?

"So, you know I lied then, and still, you love me?"

"Yes, Cye."

He rolled over on his side, face me and grabbed my hand to kiss it.

"I didn't know what had happened until we got you on the table. I also thought we were able to get all the venom of the python out. I have been searching for what this means for you. With both the python and Amura dead how do I stop the continuing change within you. I have been researching but we really need Magla."

I kissed his hand back, knowing that his words were sincere. I grabbed my ring from its hiding place and slid it back on. I twirled it around looking at it for a minute.

"Invite her to our party."

"WHAT?"

"Yes, invite her to come here. We will talk to her then."

"This is not a good idea Lumi. My sister is dangerous, unhinged even."

"Cye, she can't be more dangerous than the skadegamutes you have surrounding your mansion. They are evil Cye."

"I don't have a clue what you are talking about Lumi."

Could he not see them? Maybe he truly didn't know. He looked confused at my accusations.

"Cye come to the window with me."

We both got up and walked to the window, I slid my ring off to be able to show him exactly where the glitches were. Cye couldn't see them. He wasn't trapped here though he has come and gone many times. I however was trapped unable to leave the mansion since the day I entered it. I explained it to him, he still could not comprehend what or how they could go unseen to him.

"Could it be you have someone here in the mansion that is working with someone on the outside Cye?"

If he did know he wasn't letting me know. He hugged me and swore he would get to the bottom of it. In the meantime, he would have curtains put up in my room.

"I need to go Lumi. I came to tell you my business this evening will be late. I do however have a surprise for you."

"A surprise?

"Yes, one moment."

Cye left the room for a moment and came back in with a little old lady. I was perplexed by this.

"Lumi, I'd like you to meet the famous seamstress, Eva Belalini. She is here to help design your dress for our party my love."

"Oh, how thoughtful of you. Nice to meet you Eva" I blushed at the gesture. Cye was so romantic. He kissed me one last time before leaving the room and reassuring me he would come to my room when he got back. Then he left for the evening.

I turned to Eva and smiled, "a drink Eva?"

I walked to bar and started to pour myself a bourbon. When I turned back to Eva, there stood Raven Chota of the Aniwaya Clan (wolf clan) he held his finger to his mouth to signal to be quiet.
