Sakura was just finishing getting ready, giving herself a last minute look in the mirror before grabbing her bag. She wore a high waisted sage green skirt that came to her mid thigh. Tucked into the skirt was a white v-neck t-shirt.

Sakura was putting on her sandals when she heard a knock at the door. Sakura smoothed her skirt out before answering the door. When she opened it, she saw a handsome dog nin waiting for her with his trusty companion, Akamaru. Sakura flashed them a beaming smile as she greeted them.

"Hey!" Sakura greeted Kiba, he placed his hands on her waist and soaked her in, looking from head to toe.

"Hey, you look great." Kiba responded with a grin.
Sakura looked him up and down, admiring him as well. Kiba wore a white t-shirt, grey cargo shorts and black sandals. On his back he was carrying a backpack. Sakura could see two bottles of water in the side pockets of the bag.

"Smart idea." Sakura thought as she felt Kiba shift against her.

Kiba placed a hand on the nape of her neck and pulled her in for a heated kiss. Sakura leaned into his muscular frame, wrapping her arms around his neck. Kiba pulled her body flush against his, deepening the kiss. He let his tongue run across her bottom lip, asking for entrance. Sakura parted her lips for him and their tongues collided. Kiba's hand on her waist moved lower and lower until he got a handful of her rear. Sakura quickly grabbed his hand and moved it back up to her waist before breaking the kiss.

"We don't have time for that! I'm sure Ino's already waiting for us at the festival, we need to leave now." Sakura giggled and Kiba rolled his eyes. They hadn't had sex all week because of Sakura's period. Neither of them was really opposed to the idea of period sex but since Sakura had been painful, Kiba decided to be patient and not push her. He really didn't mind the cuddling and just hanging out together but now her period was gone and he was ready for some action.

Sakura could see the slight irritation on Kiba's face and pulled him close for one more heated kiss. "Hey, I promise I'll make it worth your while." Sakura reassured him, a hint of seduction in her voice. Kiba smirked and kissed her forehead.

Sakura closed and locked her apartment door behind her. Kiba, Sakura, and Akamaru made their way to the festival together.

"I think I see her over there." Sakura said to Kiba, pointing in a general direction. She had caught a glimpse of a bright blonde ponytail in the crowd of people.

The festival was full of life, people everywhere, games, food, drinks, venders, music. Spirits were high and everyone was having a good time. It was about 7:00 pm and the sun was nearing the horizon, turning the sky orange and pink.

Kiba looked to were the pinkette was pointing and he saw Ino. Next to her was a tall, pale man with dark hair, Sai. Kiba nodded in confirmation as he placed his hand on Sakura's back, leading her through the crowd to approach the couple.

Ino could be heard squealing above the sound of children laughing and people talking. She had her eyes set on Sakura and ran up to her, pulling her into a hug.
