Part 38- Don't Get Caught
Lucie was stood half way up the steps looking onto the ministry entry as people gathered awaiting Terzo's arrival. A big, surprise celebration has been planned to acknowledge the fact he'd won the Grammy, though after a week of endless interviews and parties he was exhausted and just wanted to sleep.

The room grew quiet as the sound of his familiar laughter could be heard behind the door before a crack of light shone onto the marble floor. He walked in, his bags in hand with a smile on his face as people cheered to see his face. Lucie watched as he greeted everyone with a fuzzy feeling inside before running to him. When he caught sight of the girl moving quickly towards him he dropped his bags to his side and picked her up as she crashed into his torso. He spun her around took her into a hug as her legs wrapped around his waist, her arms round his neck.

"Steady mia fiore, did you miss me?" He whispered into her ear, teasing the girl.

"I'm so proud of you Terzo." She pulled her head back so that she was looking down at his. They smiled at each other before her lips captured his and started passionately kissing one another.

Terzo gently placed her back on the ground and gathered his things, explaining to sister that he was going to wash before coming down for dinner. He walked back up to their room with Lucie on his hip before collapsing on the bed.

"Oh Terzo you have to tell me everything!" She beamed.

"I will, of course I will. All I want to do is sleep." He groaned. "Who's grand idea was it to throw me a party when I'm hungover and jet lagged?" He laughed. "Where's Copia?"

"I haven't seen much of him today, he must be busy, he's around somewhere."

Terzo showered, with the help of Lucie, before trying his best to mask his tired eyes by dressing up for the occasion and making an effort with his hair.

"You're so beautiful." She says, rubbing the back of her finger along his cheek, admiring the man's features. "I'm so lucky to call you mine."

"Cara mia...that's my line." He smirked letting her hand cusp his cheek, placing his own on top of hers before pulling it away and softly kissing the surface. "Shall we?" Their fingers interlock before advancing towards the dining hall.

The pair of them found Copia and sat together in the hall that had been decorated with lots of round tables scattered around the room, coated in purple silk table cloths. Terzo told all of the stories from the Grammys and laughed at the funny moments over a bottle of fine champagne whilst people came up to him and interrupted to personally congratulate him- though he was extremely patient with everyone.

Sister tapped her glass with a spoon, trying to gather everyone's attention before making a small speech for Terzo. Lucie placed her hand on his thigh underneath the table as Imperator instructed everyone to raise their glass and toast to him.

"On behalf of everyone from the ministry- congratulations Terzo!" She exclaims before everyone applauded him.

Lucie knew he would be feeling extremely uncomfortable right now- despite him not coming across this way, he hated a lot of attention on himself. He thanked the masses before Lucie took him into a small hug from their seats.

The couple had fun, drinking, dancing, partying until they couldn't keep their hands off one another. Terzo pulled Lucie out of the hall and pushed her up against the wall in the corridor outside before his lips were against hers. They closed their eyes as their lips fiercely pushed against one another, hungry for the taste of each other. Terzo's hand found itself trailing up Lucie's thigh as he made his way underneath her dress- before the noise of people walking past interrupted.
