Detective Nekudo: Unexpected love from the west

It's been many weeks since Kudo had been struck in the back by the black organization. He hasn't crossed paths with the men in black, but he was sure they wouldn't even recognize him even if they did.

Because well, he was turned into a cat

Apparently, the drug that he was forced to take while he was unconscious made him smaller... and have a lot more hair than usual

Before he knew it everyone around him identified him as a neko, Though he could have been alright with being a stray, he was still tugged into ran's livelihood. Staying with them and getting cared by Ran... though, having to eat cat food still makes him barf till this moment.

But, one of the better things in this new life of his is the new gadgets agasa made for him so even as a cat, he can help out with doing the cases Mr Kogoro was given... because of these new gadgets and a face that no one can recognize at all, He was able to remain undercover, while of course resulting to Kogoro getting all the fame as a good detective.

Even with his cat like features, there's only two things that remained the same.

His mind, and his voice.

He was lucky agasa made him a voice changing collar, equipped with a stun shooting bow tie in the middle. Yet even then, he couldn't believe no one thought his Meowing was weird or sounded off...

Everything seemed to be going smoothly

Which is what he had thought.

It all went to a halt when loud banging on the door was heard, and a loud kick, making the door bust open, shocking everyone in the room.

A dark skinned male with a baseball cap on, holding a slingbag by his shoulder, demanding to find Kudo Shinichi.
As he looked around the whole place Shinichi just examined the taller mysterious male, with an annoyed look on his face.

When Kogoro demanded to know the person's identity and wanting to find Shinichi, it started to make sense... kind of-

"Name's Hattori, Hattori Heiji. A highschool detective, just like Kudo!" The man said with a smirk.

Then, started blabbling about how the two of them are being compared a lot, So Heiji himself wanted to challenge him, calling it the 'The great Detective of the East'
And 'The Great Detective of the West'

A sneeze escaped the neko's nose as he patted it lightly, heiji looked puzzled before getting out a bottle and a small bowl and pouring a liquid that looked transparent, so shinichi didn't think much of it other than it being 'some kind of water'

"Kitty's got'ah cold eh? Here, this will make yah feel better" Heiji said as he put the bowl down and crouched infront of Shinichi with a smile

Even if this liquid kind of looked suspicious, he decided to drink it, he didn't see much threat in the dark skinned man and Shinichi's pretty sure that he isn't the type to just poison cats... he thought to himself.

Suddenly, everything flickered with a blur, as he tried to regain his posture, but to everyone else, the cat was swaying from side to side, almost like the cat had a heavy feeling inside of him, or well, looked what people called 'drunk'

Ran then called out to him before holding him up, everything to Shinichi was still dizzy.

"What did you do to him?!" Ran practically screamed out as she held the poor kitty, heiji was stunned, and was nervously scratching the back of his head.

"I might have... given him a baijiu..." Heiji trails off with a nervous grin, and Ran looked furious as ever.

"Didn't you know cats can't take that?! That's like giving alcohol to a child!" Ran practically screamed out to him, as heiji was about to apologize the women on the sofa, supposingly supposed to take them to her house and talk with her husband.
