today i go on a trip to mexico with miguel and his family. this is my first trip with him without my parents. our flight is soon and there gonna be picking me up in an hour or two so i start to get ready.

i take a shower so i don't smell awful and i put on a comfy outfit. i then do my thing in the bathroom and i start to pack. we're gonna be in mexico for a week so i'm gonna have to pack a lot. i make sure i pack everything and i pack up my backpack with some things i'll need for the plane ride.

an hour goes by and i hear a honk of a car outside. i run down stairs with my luggage, i'm so excited! "do you have everything?" my mom checks. "yes mom." i laugh a bit, giving her a big hug and kiss, i do the same to my dad. "no trouble missy." my dad says. "dadddd!" i get annoyed.

i take one more look around the house and then i open the door to see miguel standing there about to knock on it. "hey!" he says with a smile on his face. "hi!" i hug him. "wanna go make sure you have everything?" he says coming inside the house. "good idea."

—TIME SKIP—

i lay my head on miguel's shoulder as we watch the black phone, the movie we both star in. "robin is a bad ass!" he says as he watches his character fight someone. "hell yeah." i laugh at him. he's so adorable. his smile lights up everywhere he goes. and he's just such a good human being in general. "so y/n, are you excited?" miguel's mom asks me. "very! i'm kinda nervous though, i've never been to mexico." i scratch my neck. "there's no need to be nervous. everyone in my family loves you!" miguel hugs me. "if you say so!"
