The nest!

A secret just for us.

{ Y/N's point of view }

Toothless dove down immediately as me and imperious got confused
"Toothless, what's happening? Woah what is it?" Hiccup asked
"Let's go." I said
I sat up and locked both feet into the correct area as imperious caught up to them and we heard dragon roars before getting up beside a monstrous nightmare
"Get down!" Hiccup whisper shouted.
Hiccup and Astrid ducked it I wasn't noticeable being covered by Imperious's big wings as another monstrous nightmare joined and even more monstrous nightmare's appeared and so did gronckles and a deadly nadder
"What's going on?" I asked while whispering
Imperious roared quietly in confusion
"What's happening?" Astrid asked
"I don't know." Hiccup said
"Toothless, you got to get us out of here, bud." Hiccup stated.
Toothless snarled and shook his head
"It looks like they're hauling in their kill." Hiccup said
"Uh... what does that make us?" Astrid asked
"Imperious doesn't seem to be performing weird behaviour, why is it only toothless?"
I questioned
"Hard to tell." Hiccup stated
A zippleback appeared and gurgled before the dragons dove and maneuvered around May rocks and pillars as Imperious did the same trying to keep up.

"That looks bad." I stated
There was a mountain that had red lava like things pouring out of it as the dragons snarled and roared before they dove down into the cave and were met with a chasm in the mountain that was orange and red with hundreds to thousands of dragons
"We shouldn't be here!"
I exclaimed while whispering
"What my dad wouldn't give to find this." Hiccup stated
Kill was dropped into the ominous red fog as toothless pulled up and landed on a rock before running behind a pillar in the middle as imperious clung on the side and looked over
"It's satisfying to know all our food has been dumped down a hole." Hiccup said
"Definitely." I replied
"They're not eating any of it." Astrid stated
A gronckle was in the middle as it shuddered and dropped a fish while something from the abyss growled and surfaced before snapping its jaws and eating the gronckle
"That's one big dragon." I stated
"What is that?" Astrid asked
The dragon roared before sniffing the air
"All right, bud, we got to get out of here... now!" Hiccup shouted
"Imperious move!" I yelled
Both dragons propelled into the air as the dragon tried to bite on something but failed.

The dragon got higher as toothless and imperious raced to get out as the dragon clamped down but missed and dragged a zippleback down with it
"We've got to go." I said
(Time skip)
We made it back to the island
"No it makes sense, it's like a giant beehive! They're the workers and that's their queen. It controls them. Let's find your dad."
Astrid recommended
Toothless landed in the forest as imperious did the same and astrid hopped off quickly and ran
"No! No." Hiccup said
I got off imperious and ran towards astrid as hiccup held her back
"No, not yet." Hiccup stated
"They'll kill toothless and imperious." I said
"We have to think this through carefully." Hiccup stated
"Hiccup and Y/N. we just discovered the dragons nest. The thing we've been after since Vikings first sailed here, and you two want to keep it a secret? To protect both of your pet dragons? Are you serious?" Astrid stated
"Yes." Hiccup said
"Okay. Then what do we do?" Astrid asked
Imperious bellowed
"Just give us until tomorrow. We'll figure something out." I stated
"Okay." Astrid said
She punched hiccup in the shoulder blade
"That's for kidnapping me." Astrid stated.

Imperious growled and drank water as Astrid kissed him on the cheek
"That's for everything else." Astrid stated
Astrid ran off as hiccup's face brightened and I walked beside him as toothless showed up and so did imperious as toothless, me and imperious stared at him with wide eyes
"What are you looking at?" Hiccup asked
Toothless stared back at astrid running off
(Time skip)
We were back in our hut as I kept whistling to mock hiccup about the kiss
"Someone's got a girlfriend." I teased
"Shut up!" Hiccup said
"Try it. I doubt you can succeed lover boy."
I teased again.
"It was just a kiss on the cheek!"
Hiccup exclaimed
"A kiss of love and passion, you. Love. Her."
I stated
"And if I do?" Hiccup asked
"You get to have your own kin! And I can have your own children to teach! They'll love their Titi! I could have a niece, or nephew, or both!" I exclaimed teasingly
(Titi is a neutral word in Spanish that can be used for aunt or uncle- ik it's mostly aunt but I had to go with something and it was cute).

"Woah! Don't get to deep in there!"
Hiccup said
"What?! It's probably such an experience!"
I stated
"I'm going to sleep. I might need to kill a dragon in the morning." Hiccup stated
"I'll be there too!" I exclaimed
"Should've picked snotlout, or astrid!"
Hiccup said
"It was your idea to use the things shown from toothless and imperious. That got us there, and being the oldest. I'll get us out of it."
I stated.
I didn't have much of a plan other than see how the monstrous nightmare acted and try to counter it but if worse comes to worse in the morning we go missing and escape with our dragons but that's probably not gonna happen
I laid in my bed while shifting my metal leg a couple times before falling asleep while hearing the sound of hiccup's movements while being asleep or the wind blowing outside and oddly enough dad's snoring from time to time which was quite annoying in my perspective but I had got to learn to live with it if I'm gonna have a good sleep for tomorrow's final exam in the battle arena before the next step in Vikings.
