Okay maybe I should not just tell you the entire story before even starting

Get ready for wholesome Saragon even though my writing is trash.

Tbh I used the advice 'allow yourself to write badly' and this came out

Moral of the story most of my stories are shit and only a few are good, in other words, this is one of the better ones from the 'bad story' category :)

Jane crossed her fingers and just prayed. The bottle was spinning for a horribly long amount of time. Just who would she have to get in the closet with? Hopefully not the 'star' of this party, Henry, he's been horribly disgusting all day. That'd be absolute hell, she'd rather die than have that happen.

Catalina on the other hand was relaxed, she hadn't been picked in this game yet. As though the bottle would always avoid her at all costs. She was confident that it would stay that way.

When Henry groaned annoyed Jane got herself to look on who the bottle landed.

Her eyes shot upwards in horror, this was going to be almost as bad as Henry, just in a different way, she thought to herself.

She and Catalina of Aragon locked eyes.

She and the Catalina of Aragon locked eyes.

She and the Catalina of Aragon she has had a crush on for the longest time locked eyes.

Instead of a pissed off scoff that Jane had feared, Catalina smiled at her.

Catalina wasn't upset that her streak of not having to do anything was broken. She probably would have been if it was one of those drooling guys that flooded the building. But if it was a girl like Jane? Then sure, why shouldn't she go into a closet with her?

Catalina got up in one swift motion and offered her hand out to Jane.

Jane, though completely flustered, took her hand relatively fast. Catalina led her to the closet and let her get in first.

Jane awkwardly leaned against the wall next to Catalina and waited until the door closed.

Jane's face was really warm and she had no doubt that Catalina could tell, it may have been dark, but the little bit of light that shone in through the cracks was enough to make one another clear.

Catalina moved a bit closer, "what brings you to this party?"

You, Jane wanted to say, I came here because I heard you would be here.
"My little cousin's girlfriend is throwing this party and I have to look out for them," Jane lied straight through her teeth.

"I see, well, I'm glad you came because if I was stuck in here with anyone else I'd probably vomit," Catalina shifted closer once again. She was hoping to maybe get something out of this, perhaps a kiss...

"Why's that? What's the problem with all the horny, drunk guys?" Jane grinned.

Catalina playfully rolled her eyes at her, "they don't look nearly as good as you do," she smiled.

Jane attempted to return the compliment or to thank her, but it all came out gibberish. Her hands were shaking and she felt her heart pounding out of her chest.

Catalina giggled softly and cupped her cheek, "you're stunning."

Jane felt her soul leave her body, Catalina had made her shut down fully with just two sentences and she was not sure how she'd survive this any longer.
