Last part of the series! Happy Halloween!
this one took way longer than it should have; attempt number 3, I'm too far in to stop now
I swear this is pure chaos, didn't rlly think that through. But time's short and I'm 2500 words in, sooo, bare with me (5140 wordsss)
Sorry this isn't a good last part, I suck at writing Saragon despite liking this ship a lot so I threw in some Parrlyn to fix that, not all that important to the story, if you don't like the ship, it's at the very end, easily skippable <3

my dear friend, thank you for this idea. This person deserves like 75.8% of the credit for the idea, we came up with it on while/before going to an aquarium. :)-------------
"Fucking humans and their complicated stores," Catalina grumbled under her breath, "why can't I just find what I'm looking for once."
She glared at her almost empty cart, the only items she had gotten to toss in were one plastic spider and two small pumpkins.
She was so focused on the shelves and the not working wheel of her cart that she didn't realise an equally distracted woman was walking in into her way.
She instantly tried to stop and call out to the woman, but she had already stormed into the side of the cart. The many, many Halloween decorations, that were previously clammed in the strangers arms, went flying through the air.
Catalina clenched her jaw, not out of anger, but rather worry that she had hurt a fragile human. Honestly, she still couldn't really tell what did and what didn't kill humans. She herself could get shot, burned, stabbed, strangled and drowned without being actually damaged. She could easily die for a few hours if she so wished, it only had minor consequences that made any difference.
The woman started hastily picking up what she dropped. Lina shoved her cart to the side and helped her pick up items. "I am so sorry," Catalina apologised, only then looking up to see her face.
A bolt of shock went through her body when her eyes met the most beautiful woman she had ever seen.
"I'm sorry. I wasn't looking," the other mumbled, "I shouldn't have let my mood affect my carelessness."
Catalina internally cursed, "no, seriously, I was the one who hit you with my cart."
She got a weak smile in return, "don't worry. I'm not hurt. I should have gotten a cart myself. Now that I think about it."
Catalina helped her up and quickly got an idea, "you know, I don't have many things, you can have my cart. I wouldn't want you dropping your many skulls again," she did her best smile.
The woman looked from the now empty cart to Lina and back, "are.. are you sure?"
Catalina nodded, "yes, of course. It's the least I could do after, you know, knocking everything out of your arms."
"Okay," she agreed, glancing back at Catalina multiple times, she looked embarrassed, but Catalina couldn't understand why that was.
"Are you by any chance looking for Halloween stuff as well?" she asked, finally looking Catalina in the eyes.
"Yeah," Catalina breathily sighed out, "can't find anything good though."
Catalina thought she caught a glimpse of the woman softly biting her lip, but she wasn't sure. She could only see the nervous fidgeting with her jacket's zipper clearly.
