Chapter 31 - The Obsessed

Vegas's POV

Damn!

"Where are they?!" I asked the bodyguard. He's got a gunshot on his left leg and right arm. Good thing he wasn't shot on any vital organs. But he's bleeding too much.

I didn't even heard any gunshot. Could it be that they've installed silencer?

"K-Khun j-just call for help... The yacht... They haven't gone far..." The bodyguard tried to say and breathe deep as if he was trying to control his wounds from bleeding any further.

I did what he said and call for the building staffs. Good thing they responded immediately.

I ran towards the sea and looked for the yacht the bodyguard told me.

Damn! Not far my ass! They're already far from here!

Did I took too long to finish my wine?! Most importantly why didn't I find it weird that Pete hasn't been back for too long!

Goddamit, Vegas! So fuccing inattentive!

Our chopper isn't here still! What am I gonna do?!

Where is Israel? Fuck! His wife has been abducted and he's fuccing nowhere to be found!

I immediately called Nop and asked for Israel's whereabouts.

But he just said that he last saw him on the ground floor bathroom and that Nop didn't saw Israel after that because I asked him to get the thing Hase requested.

Nop just arrived too.

Damn, damn, damn. What should I do?

What should I fuccing do?!

I ran towards the ones who were renting the jet skis and rented one in a rush. I also told them to look for Israel. Damn I don't have time to look for him anymore!

I immediately get on the jet ski as I raced through that fuccing yacht.

Whoever you are, you fuccing wait for me bastard.

Pete's POV

As time goes by, Khun Hase's traumatic self keeps on surfacing as he sees and gets near Caleb.

Before, his hands were the only things that'll tremble and he can still act like Caleb's presence doesn't affect him.

Tonight, I've got jealous when I saw Vegas talking with Caleb so I immediately stop playing on the water and went to Vegas.

But of course, Vegas is so in love with me I forgot that I don't have to worry about getting cheated at.

I love those jealous eyes of Caleb as he saw Vegas kissed me on the cheeks.

Hahaha, be envious bitch. The man you're in love with is obsessed with me.

I wanted to taunt him more when I remember Hase was with me and he's actually just a few inches away from Caleb. Hase started to tremble uncontrollably and I had to take him away from there.

Hase needs to pack tonight too because his father was not so happy with the wedding cancellation so he ordered his son to go home as soon as possible. Hase said he couldn't do anything about it.

This is probably the last time I'm going to see my friend.

"Pete... I really like being friends with you. Will we keep in touch? I'll invite you on my wedding." Hase said and that made my forehead crease.
