Twin flames
I've seen how this waltz ends
Fiery passion, the flame it sends
Swaying hips and burning gaze
Holding me in your embrace
Gripping all the burnt knots
Never knowing when to stop
We move in silence, the radio faltered
Making music through words unuttered
With all the dangers that we know
I'm yet to be the one to go
Mixing breaths with toxic fumes
Slow dancing in a burning room
Though we lay as ashen corpses
Held hands can't count our losses
I'd recall the choice I made
And begin again, this serenade
