"How's this?" I asked Shubman while placing a graphic tee on my shoulders.

"Looks cool, I think you should get it." He advised me.

I guess he's right, it looks quite good and it's pretty affordable as well. I love it.

"Bro, mujhe shorts lene hain. Tujhe bhi chahiye the na?" Shubman reminded me.

"Oh yes, chal chalte hain." I agreed.

As I started taking steps further, I heard a very very familiar voice, the one that scares me to death.

"I'm sure Kamlesh is gonna win this match so I'll get him a congratulatory gift!" She exclaimed.

"Oh no.." I mumbled and dragged Shubman behind a stack of mens wear along with me.

"I saw Ash." I told him in a panic stricken voice before he could question my moves.

"Ash yahan kyu hogi, yeh clothing section males ke liye hai bhai." He tried convincing me.

"Wahan dekh." I titled his head towards Ash, who's going through the collection of shirts.

"Anushree!" He lightly squealed on seeing her along with Ash.

Oh no, why do I have a bad feeling about this? I shouldn't have let him know that she's here too.

"Sorry bro." Shubman mumbled while getting hold of my arm.

"Nooooo!" I shrieked as he dragged me towards the girls.

I'm trying to detach myself from his grip but he seems really adamant. Ugh, why is this shy in love kid now being so bold?

"Kamlesh, check this out!" Shubman picked up a floral shirt and exclaimed in a comparatively loud voice.

God, I'm sure he did this for Ash to hear us. I'm gonna kill him today for sure.

"Kamlesh?" I heard Ash mumble and look around.

"I uh.. need to use the restroom." I stammered and started running out.

"He's there." I heard Shubman direct Ash the way towards me.

Ugh, he's surely gonna be dead today.

Shubman's viewpoint :

"Anushree.. hey." I greeted her after both Kamlesh and Ashwati left the store.

"Hi Shubman.." She reciprocated softly.

Uff, my poor heart is melting. Hearing my name escape her lips is such a beautiful feeling and I seriously can't get enough of it.

I kinda felt guilty while dragging Kamlesh towards Ash but this moment makes me feel like it's all worth it. When else could I get such a golden opportunity to spend some quality time, all alone with my love interest?

Should I ask her out for a coffee? Or maybe we could do some shopping together? I'm so confused and nervous, don't know what to do.
