Emily is a 20 year old university student from a small town in England. To put it bluntly, there is nothing special about Emily, or her life, but she doesn't mind this. She is happy and to her that is all that matters.
Her best friend Issy, plays netball for England. She's not much of a netballer herself, but she is Issy's number 1 fan and goes to any game she can.
Issy is very good friends with women's football player, Leah Williamson, Emily's claimed 'celebrity crush'.
Issy is currently competing in a big tournament, and attempts to set Leah and Emily up, by inviting them to one of her games, and sitting them next to each other.
