Later that night, Elizabeth sat on her bed at Mister Henry's house. She had gotten Charlie's room to sleep in, and Michael had gotten Sammy's, though he insisted on sleeping on the couch for some reason. Something to do with not remembering someone, though when she had asked for clarification, he told her it wasn't important.

Elizabeth could hear Henry crying in his room down the hall, and she could also hear Michael crying downstairs, too. She felt bad for both of them. She wished that she could comfort them, but she didn't know how.

Eventually, she got up and went downstairs, sitting on the couch next to her brother. He flinched, surprised, and rubbed his eyes, wiping his tears away.

"Do you need something, Beth?" Michael asked, sitting up straight. "Did you forget something at home? You'll have to ask Henry if he can bring you back so you can get it—I'm still waiting for my license to arrive in the mail."

She didn't say anything, simply snuggling up next to him before giving him a big hug. He tensed for a moment, but quickly relaxed and hugged her back.

"You miss William, don't you?" he asked quietly, sniffling softly.

She nodded, feeling tears start to form in her own eyes now. "Yeah..."

He nodded slightly in understanding, rubbing her back. "Surprisingly, I do, too."

For the next few hours, the two sat together in silence, hugging each other as they cried on and off, enjoying each other's comfort.
