"Okay, I'm back!" I said reaching out for my backpack which was in Finney's hands. "Took you long enough, let's see what classes you got," Finney said while handing me my backpack and snatching the paper out of my hands.

Finney and Robin take a few moments to compare my schedule to theirs. "Well Mari, we have English history and chemistry together" informed Finney while giving me my schedule back. Robin looked at me and smiled "well Marianna, we have homeroom, drama, and chemistry together" robin shared while leaning up against his locker.

the bell just rang, which means the school day has officially started. "Well I'll be heading off, I don't want to be late," said Finney while closing his locker. "I don't usually get to class on time, but just because you are here I guess I can't make a change or two" Robin said while standing up straight. I was quick to answer with "No te creas tanto estupido, if I wanted to find the class I would" he just rolled his eyes at me. "Make sure she's safe, AND NO FUNNY BUSINESS!" Finney warned Robin. "Yeah, yeah whatever Finney" and with that Robin grabbed my wrist and started pulling me the opposite way.
"No mames, let go of my wrist puto" I pulled my wrist back. He gave me a sigh " you know For being a pretty girl and all, you have a hell of an attitude" he said still walking by my side. "Yeah and you know for wearing that dumb-looking bandanna on your forehead, you are pretty confident," I said in response. "HEY! IT LOOKS GREAT!" He was quick to defend himself. "Whatever you say, my friend," I said making fun of him a little.
We walk into the room, I recognized a few faces. There was the same group of guys that were staring me down as I walked into school today. "Oh hello there ms Ramirez come stand by my desk while we sit for everyone to get here" it was the teacher, she looked young she probably just finished college.
Fast forward
Everyone was in their seats now, but while waiting for everyone the group of boys still staring me down. Okay, I like to be seen but now this is just creepy. "Okay, everyone! We have a new student, let's let her introduce herself" the teacher says while pointing at me.
"My name is Marianna Ramirez, I'm 15 and I just moved here from California" this was my go-to whenever I introduced myself it was quick, simple, and I didn't have to give out my life story. "Well isn't that great you guys! Now Mr. Arellano...will you be letting Marianna sit next to you?" The teacher asked him, wait lady aren't you the teacher why are you asking him for approval? "I guess I can't make an exception," he said while leaning back on his chair with his arms crossed.
"Thank you, Arellano, we'll go along and go sit in the back with Robin" she pointed to where he was sitting at. Yeah lady I know where he is I'm not blind. I walked to the back and took my seat next to him. "Consider Yourself lucky, I never let anyone sit with me" Robin whispered over to me. " you better pray for some of that luck before I make you the one wanting to switch seats " I threatened him while putting my backpack next to me.
