(Y/N) could already tell this wasn't going to end well. This prank on Hannah? In his opinion, it was a little much. Humiliation wasn't funny in his eyes.

Hannah had the biggest crush on Mike. Playing with her feelings wasn't going to end well. She would never trust any of her friends again. Or, at least not for a long time. Especially since most of the group was in on it. And it was going to be recorded.

Jessica placed the note down onto the table. Hannah would find it, sooner or later. (Y/N) hadn't read the note himself, but he knew roughly what it said. And what Hannah might do when she finally meets Mike.

"Oh my god! I can't believe you actually did this!" Emily gasped at her friend, excitement clear in her voice.

Jessica smiled at her. "Shh! Shh, Shh..." She said, urging her friend to keep quiet. She didn't want Hannah to be alerted to the truth. She wanted her to think this was real.

"Don't you guys think this is a little bit cruel?" Sam piped up. She had a look of slight disgust on her face. Hannah was her best friend, after all. Why did Jessica tell her anyways? Of course Sam wouldn't be interested in this. Neither was (Y/N), honestly.

Jessica rolled her eyes at Sam. "Oh, come on! She deserves it."

Sam shook her head slightly in disbelief. "It's not her fault she has a huge crush on Mike."

(Y/N) looked over to Mike, who was already looking at him. When their eyes met, Mike quickly moved his gaze over to Emily. (Y/N) tilted his head, a little confused, but ignored it. He was more focused on why Mike wasn't saying anything. This prank was focused on him, but he had barely said a word on the matter.

"Hannah's been making the moves on him," Jessica explained. She began to walk off, a grin plastered on her face. "I'm just looking out for my girl, Em."

Emily glanced at Mike before following Jessica out of the kitchen. "Just because he's class Prez doesn't mean he belongs to everyone." Emily smiled playfully at Mike. "Mike is my man."

Mike seemed to tense up at this statement. (Y/N) didn't see it, but Mike looked at him for a moment because meeting Emily's loving gaze. "Hey, Em. I'm not anybody's man."

Emily just grinned at his statement. "Whatever you say, darling!" Emily followed Jessica to the room to wait for Hannah. They had talked about hiding under the bed. Matt was supposed to be in the closet. (Y/N) forgot where Ashley said she would be.

Sam glanced at (Y/N) and Mike. "Really, Mike?" She said, disappointment clear in her tone.

"What? It's just a joke," Mike scoffs at her, brushing off her worry.

Sam rolled her eyes. "I'm gonna go find her." Sam walked off, determined to find her best friend before Hannah gets embarassed and humiliated.

Mike noticed how quiet (Y/N) had been. He wasn't sure what the other was thinking. "You alright?" Mike asked him.

(Y/N) thought for a moment of what to say. Mike and him weren't exactly the closest friends, but they were still friends. If he went through with this prank, though... Maybe not. "I'm fine," He replied dryly, starting to walk off.

"Hey- What's wrong?" Mike asked, a nervous chuckle escaping him. He was only doing this because he thought (Y/N) would like it. He had been trying to impress him for almost a year now, and nothing really seemed to work. Mike was hoping this might.

(Y/N) stopped, turning back towards Mike. "This 'prank' that you're doing. It's fucked up, Mike," He explained.

Mike's eyes widened. "I thought you would like it, dude..."

"Oh, yeah, I love to see people get humiliated," (Y/N) replied sarcastically. "It's not her fault she has a crush on you. How would you feel if your crush, which I guess would be Em, played this prank on you?"

Mike thought of (Y/N) doing this to him. He felt horrible thinking about it. Mike was speechless, unsure of what to say. He didn't want to do this prank anymore.

"Yeah. That's what I thought," (Y/N) sighed. "Whatever. Do what you want. I don't want to be part of it." (Y/N) walked off, headed to his room to ignore what everyone else was doing.

Mike didn't say anything else. He didn't want to go through with the prank. But Emily came back down the stairs. "Mike! Let's go!"

She grabbed his arm and pulled him. Mike didn't really have a choice anymore. "Let's do it," He said, as enthusically as he could muster.
