You landed your ship on Lotho Minor and began to follow the medallion. "Where are we going?" Ahsoka asked "to find Maul," you replied.
You continued to walk for another hour before coming to a cave thing. You force pulled bits of garbage away so you could enter. "Are you sure?" Ahsoka asked "I am," you said and walked in.
As you walked you could sense a presence. "No using your lightsabers," you ordered "fine," she mumbled. You then saw something out the corner of your eye and used the now glowing medallion to light it up some more. You looked closer and saw the zabrak from Naboo. "Brother," you gasped stepping in front of Ahsoka, just in case, but instead of actual sentences you could hear him muttering the sith code. "Stay behind me," you whispered to Ahsoka and went after Maul as he ran off.
You eventually came to a fire. "Maul, what happened to you?" you asked, you obviously knew the story from Obi-wan's side, but you just wanted to know Maul's side, "Kenobi," Maul muttered with a snarls. When he got close you put a hand on his shoulder and he turned to you and only then spotted Ahsoka, "jedi," he snarled "Maul please, it's me, Y/n. Your brother," you said. Doing your best to get through to him. His orange sith eyes were practically glowing as he glared daggers at Ahsoka. But when he went to attack her you knocked him out with the force. "Come on, we have to take him to Talzin," you said confusing Ahsoka "why? he's a sith," she asked "because he is also my brother, and we can't leave him like this. Not because it's a slum, but because I refuse to let someone stay in this mental state," you explained as you picked up your brother.
Time skip
You returned to Dathomir and made your way into the fortress.
When you found Talzin she was surprised. "We both know you knew we were coming back with him," you said as she brought you to a slab. "Can you heal him?" you asked "I can, now stand back," you nodded and did as told. You watched as Maul was given new legs and his sanity came back.
"W-where am I?" he asked as he sat up "brother," you said walking closer "who are you?" he snarled "I'm Y/n, your younger brother," you replied calmly. You saw his surprised look as he saw you were being honest. "What is she doing here?" he snarled "the jedi council sensed you were alive, and told us to check it out. I need to know about Sidious, and what happened on Naboo," you explained "Naboo? Yes... I remember... when I killed that jedi and his apprentice struck me down. And then my master leaving me to rot on that junk planet," he said as he stood up. You looked to Ahsoka and nodded, telling her to leave. "Where is she going?" Maul asked "I told her to leave, to give us some time," you replied as he noticed your lightsaber "you're... a jedi?" he asked with a growl "I am, we met on Tatooine, where I was raised as a slave. Something else we seem to have in common," you stated "I know what you want to know," he said looking you in the eyes as he rose to his full height, though still a little shorter than you, "Sidious's identity?" you asked and he nodded "but... he'll kill us both before you can tell a soul," he replied "well, I'd say I'm his only equal. Considering I was able to take him and Dooku on at the same time, defeating the latter," you replied "whilst being weakened due to being on Korriban," "of course my brother is powerful. And who is this Dooku? he wasn't in the plan," Maul asked "plan? what plan? and I assume Dooku is your replacement. He's a former jedi master," you said "the sith have been planning to overthrow the jedi and Republic for a millennia. Ever since Darth Bane, they have worked their way into the senate and the corporations, the banking clan being one whilst I was Sidious's apprentice," he explained and you were surprised "so... what Dooku said was true," you muttered "a sith lord really is in control of the senate," "yes, we can take him together, I-" "no, we can't, we need evidence. If I'm seen killing Sidious then it will technically be treason, we must plan this out, with the help of the jedi council," you argued "the jedi council?" Maul scoffed "what are they going to do? they're blinded by arrogance," "actually, I'm dating two of them," you replied "they're not blinded by it," "oh? so my little brother has a girlfriend?" he teased "shut up, now, we should go," you said and walked out side by side.
