Part 15-When she Realizes

Viktor tosses a box of medical equipment onto the table and pulls out his scalpel. He takes a deep breath and looks at the erratically throbbing Hexcore, which looks a totally different look.

Meanwhile, Sky, Viktor's assistant, makes her way to Viktor's lab.

Y/N: "Ms. Young!" you yell for her.

She turns around shocked to see you.

Sky: "Y/N? Is that you? I heard you went missing."

Y/N: "Yeah I'm fine, I just need to talk to Viktor."

Sky: "Your legs-"

Y/N: "Yeah I've been getting that all day, let's just move it!" you say.

*Time Rewind*

You and Caitlyn quietly walk back to her house, where once you got there she turned to you.

Caitlyn: "Y/N, I need some time alone."

Y/N: "I understand."

Caitlyn: "I can't believe it. If only the council would just listen to us."

Y/N: "I don't know what happened to Jayce either. He seems so, different."

Caitlyn: "Maybe you should ask Viktor. He might know what's going on."

Y/N: "I should do that."

*Return to Present*

Sky: "Why do you need to see Viktor again?"

Y/N: "We'll, since Jayce has became a Councilor, he's been acting differently. Almost like a dictator."

Sky: "Woah! That's a strong word. But I do agree he seems a little more irritable."

Y/N: "Why are you here?"

Sky: "Oh! Um. I, uh..." she then drops some papers and brings the curious little prick you are, snatch them. "Hey! Don't read-"

Y/N: "Viktor, I've been working on a private project- *gasp* Oooooooo." You tease.

Sky snatched back the papers and hides her blush.

Y/N: "I knew it! You like Viktor!"

Sky: "Shh! Be quiet. So what if I do okay? That's none of your business."

Y/N: "Uh huh it is. Ms. Young I know you've been trying to get Viktor to notice you. I mean, I can't be the only one who noticed your new glasses."

Sky: "Really, you noticed?"

Y/N: "Look, my point is, just tell Viktor how you feel. I'm sure he feels the same way."

Sky: "Are you sure-"

You then start pushing her to Viktor's room. She's startled by your sudden physicalness.

Y/N: "Ah ah ah. Let's just go." You say.

You push her a few more steps before she breaks off of you and casually walks to Viktor's room. You reach his lab, and can hear faint noises from the outside.

Y/N: (Must be working on another project.)

Sky reaches for the door handle and hesitates when her hand is a centimeter from the door. She gives you a look and her face gets serious.

Sky: "I swear if you do something to make me look stupid, I will put you back in your wheelchair." She threatens. "Are we clear?"

Y/N: "Crystal." You respond with a smile.

As Sky slowly opens the door, the noise from the room soon become a lot louder. Lights flash violently and you and Sky look inside. What you witnessed was absolutely terrifying. Viktor is being dragged towards the Hextech runes and is screaming in pain. Blood was rushing out of his body and into the fleshy star.
