El lays on the floor of the mall, sobbing in pain. They all see something move inside El's leg.
"What is that?" Erica asks.
"There's something in there" Mike points out.
"No shit, Mike!" Ziggy hisses.
"Jesus Christ" Dustin says.
"Keep her talking. Keep her awake, okay?" Jonathan says as he runs off to get something.
"Hey, hey, hey, El, stay awake" Ziggy speaks to El as Ziggy holds her head in her lap.
"You know, it's actually not that bad, there was a goalie on my soccer team, Beth Wildfire. This other girl ran into her leg and like the whole bone came out of her knee, six inches or something and then-" Robin begins to ramble, only to get cut off by Steve.
"Robin" Steve says.
"Yeah?"
"You're not helping" Steve says, as she apologizes quickly.
Jonathan comes back with gloves, a knife and a wooden spoon.
"Okay. All right, El. This is gonna hurt like hell, okay?"
"Okay" she sobs.
"I need you to stay real still. Here, you're gonna wanna bite down on this, okay?" Jonathan says as he hands Ziggy the wooden spoon.
Ziggy takes the spoon and puts it in El's mouth as she bits down on it. Jonathan has the knife, and slices her leg a little.
Jonathan puts the knife down and put his fingers in her leg, trying to get whatever the hell is moving inside her.
El is screaming and sobbing. She squeezes on Ziggy and Dustin's hands to the point where her fingernails digs inside their skin a little. They don't care, though.
"Jonathan!"
"Stop talking!"
The things moves fast, and Jonathan does too. "Goddamn it!" he yells.
"No! Stop it!" El yells as she spits the spoon out of her mouth. "Stop! Stop!"
Jonathan listens to her, and takes his hand out of her leg.
Ziggy and Dustin help El move up a little. "Ziggy. Do it. Please"
Ziggy has no lust to hurt her girlfriend, her El. But she wants this thing out of Eleven. So she nods, and sits on the side of El's leg, putting her hand out above El's leg. El lets out a small scream as Ziggy uses her powers.
She eventually lets out a loud scream that keeps going until Ziggy gets the things out of her leg, and it levitates in front of Ziggy's hand and she throws it across the room. The glass in the store shatters as behind her as she screams. The little figure tries moving but gets stepped on by Hopper. Behind him are Joyce and Murray.

They get El up and sets her down next to Hopper, her head leaning on his shoulder.
