I woke up with a kick in my shoulder. "Ughh." I looked out of my open tent, sighing to myself. I put my head down just for a second, and now I feel my face being licked.
I shot my eyes open to see what was licking my face, and it was Sarii. "Alright, alright, I'm up." I get up, wiping his licks off my face while chuckling. "Sarii!" I smiled at the voice of my good friend, Naru. We've been best friends since we were little kids. "Are you ready to go?" "Ready as I'll ever be. "I said, tiredly taking a few more stretches, and Naru softly smiled.
We head to the woods to get us some more supplies to make, foods to hunt, and medicine. Sarii does his thing, like sniffing and all that. Naru and I pulled out some big carrots and put them in our bags. I sighed of boredom, and Naru noticed and spoke up, "Hey, wanna go practice throwing our weapons?" I look up at her, giving her a small smile, "You bet." She smiles back at me, and we head to a different area to do our thing.
Naru starts practicing throwing her axe, while I start practicing throwing and shooting my W/C as well. Naru notices some deer tracks. "Hey, I've got deer tracks." "Sweet, let's go." We slowly crouch down and hide behind a log, seeing the deer eating some grass. Naru signals at me and Naru to circle on the opposite side to kill the deer, nodding in agreement, and we get ready for position, but something was loud up in the sky.
