This is the last chapter to this story. After this I'm starting a new book. If you like this, then you might like it.
Four year Time skip
"I can't beleive she's been gone for four years Chi-Chi."
"I can't either Goku. It feels like she came home from Beerus' planet yesterday."
"I know, my wee one. Only twenty-eight."
"Well, come on. We've got a party to get ready for."
"Yeah."
Three hours later
The whole son family was gathered around a table where a girl with dark blue eyes, dark, spikey, purple hair, and a tail sat. In front of her was a cake with four candles on it. Written in frosting were the words; Happy Birthday Tsuyoi-Ko
Everyone stood around the table singing happy birthday to the young child. When they finish she blows out the candles and hold a huge grin on her face.
"Yay! One year older!" She yells. "And another year closer to being as tall a grampa!"
"Don't get your hopes up. Dad's pretty tall." Goten giggles. The girl doesn't pay attention to his word and asked Goku if he would take her to Grandpa Gohans old house in the mountains. He answers yes and takes her after the party ends. He lands behind the house and places Tsuyoi-Ko on the ground and takes her by the hand. They walk to a gravestone behind the house. When they reach it, they kneel next to it and lower their heads in respect.
"I'm four today mommy. Another year closer to being as tall as grampa."
"She'd be so happy if she could see you Tsuyoi-Ko. I just know she would." Goku said hugging the child. As the sun shifts to shine through the trees the words on the gravestone are easy to make out;
Here lies Son Gine
Beloved Mother and Daughter
Age 766 - Age 791
"Grampa, why can't the Dragon Balls bring her back?"
"Cause Tsuyoi-Ko, dying in childbirth is natural. The Dragon Balls here only have the power to bring someone back once, and the Namekian ones can't bring back anyone who's died naturaly."
"Mmm... I wish she was here grampa. I would give anything to see her, just once."
"I would too Tsuyoi-Ko. I would too."
"Well, I'm tired grampa. Can we go home?"
"Sure." With that, Goku and Tsuyoi-Ko head home. Four years ago, on December 24th, at 2:19 AM, Son Gine awoke from her slumber realizing her water had broke. Her family rushed her to the hospital, and by 10:35 AM, she gave birth to a beautiful baby girl. She died shortley after. To this day the cause of her death is unknown, the docters just wrote it of as dying in childbirth but she was to strong and healthy for that. But, whatever the reason, she was still gone, and would always be gone from the realm of the living. As a promise, Goku and the rest of the Son family, never told Vegeta, Bra, or Trunks. The Son's did not keep in contact with the Briefs, and had no reason to. Trunks took over his father's job as President of Capsule Corp, and everyday from when he woke up, to when he went to sleep, Gine was in his thoughts. What was she doing, where was she, will she come back? He'll never get an answer to his lingering questions, and he knows it. But he still asks them everyday. This is the story of Son Gine, it ends the way it began. With the birth of a child.
Well, that's the end. I cried a little writing it. Thank you for reading, and make sure to check out my new book. It's like, book two. The sequal to this one. Welp, this only lasted a few months, but I will make the new one last longer... Promise. Well bye! Have a great day/afternoon/night!
