Kierra

After my mom and aunts left to go rehearse, Marsai immediately got her cast replaced with the permanent one.

She would still be in the hospital but once it hit noon, Sean and I decided to head up to her school. I had my assistant Tasia come over to keep Marsai company and bring her food.

"So how should we go about this with the principal?" I asked Sean as he drove.

"I think we should let the lawyer do all the talking." I responded. I nodded my head.

Oh yeah, my lawyer is meeting us there because we are not playing with this school this time around. When all of the online bullying first started happening, they couldn't do anything because it was online and not physically at school. Now that she was pushed on their grounds, it falls under them.

Sean parked the car and I met him on his side of the car to walk together. He pecked  my lips a few times and held my hands before we walked inside. Once we made it inside, my lawyer greeted us both.

"Good afternoon, we'll here for our meeting with the Principal." I said to the front office clerk.

"Okay please walk right on in towards the back." The woman said.

The lawyer led the way while I walked next, followed by Sean.

"Hello everyone. Hate for us to meet under these circumstances but please sit down." Principal Johnson greeted us once we made it to his office.

"My clients and I want to get straight to business. What will be the actions for the two girls who caused Ms. Marsai's fall? We obtained the school's camera footage and saw the entire incident unfold." My lawyer began. She gets right to business, that's why I made sure she's on my payroll.

"Well the girls have been suspended because of the incident. We do not tolerate bullying and it'll be on their school records." He said. "Did you have plans on pressing charges?"

My lawyer looked towards us and we shook our heads no.

"No we don't have plans of doing that. Their suspension is enough. We do have plans on removing Marsai from the school though." I spoke up.

"Are you sure Ms. Sheard? I can assure you Marsai won't have any worries with those girls anymore." He said.

"You said that the last time and the girls were able to harm my baby. We'll be pulling her out and homeschooling. Thank you for your time." I said. We all stood up and shook hands and while the lawyer talked with Sean, I went back to the clerk's desk to withdraw Marsai.

We also had to get the rest of her things from her locker.

"Mama Ki!" I turned around from Marsai's locker and saw DeMari running up to me. I hugged her tightly.

"Hey pookie. Aren't you supposed to be in class?" I asked.

"Yeah but my friend said he saw y'all here so I asked to use the bathroom." She said. She went to hug Sean. My lawyer had just left since all she had to do was be in the meeting.

"Alright then. You saw us so go back to class." I said laughing. She smacked her teeth.

"Ah c'mon, can y'all pick me and Lauren up from school so we can visit Marsai?" She asked.

"If you ask your parents then yeah. I'll come back." I said.

"Okay thanks Mama Ki!" She hugged us again and ran back down the hall.

I picked the girls up from school and they've been keeping Marsai company in the hospital for a few hours now.

Sean had got us pizza and had to step outside of the room for a call so I was just on my phone talking to Shamika. I was halfway paying attention to the girls.
