°•Monas POV•°

Its been 3 weeks since I found out about Sirius and Remus. It haven't been the same, I've turned colder to Sirius which he was obviously confused to. I still haven't thought about what to do.

Dallas haven't been the same aswell, maybe from more fights happening during the day or just the sad energy around the house?

Either way I need to get out of this house for couple hours, we've been short on some food and hair products so I could just go to the shops and park to let myslef rethink everything whats been happening.

I dressed up dallas in a knitted sweater and overalls, his now longish hair falling over his eyes, merlin I need to get this kid a haircut.

''Sirius me and Dall' are going to the shops and park, we'll be home around 7PM!'' I yelled out from the kitchen while writing a groceries list while Dallas was trying to put his own shoes on, failing,  getting frustrated over it and finaly asking for my help. ''Yeah sure, could you get me a different brand of shampoo, this ones been making my hair dry,'' He yelled back from the living room. ''LOVE YOU, BYE SIRIUS!'' I shouted out one last time whole walking out the door with Dallas.

°•Time skip •°

It started raining so I decided to cut our trip short, it was around 4:30PM and we didn't go to the park which Dallas was upset about, poor thing was so exited to play with other kids.

Opening the door to our flat I could hear some suspicious sounds coming from the living room, it sounded like sloppy kissing, which worried me at this point, but I wasn't surprised to be honest.

Sneaking into the living room doorway, Dallas on my hip, I peekd out the corner and there it was. Sirius having a heated makeout session with none other than Remus John Lupin.

I expected it but it still managed to surprise me, my mouth falling open and eyes getting teary. It felt like a nasty fever dream, I felt like I was drowning, my vision going blurry, lungs closing up, it felt like any minute I will drown in the deepest lake you could find. ''Dada! Uncle Moony! Dallas home to play now!'', both of them quickly turning over to us.

I could see Remus face fall, he looked guilty and honestly he felt like a monster and last time he felt like that they were still in Hogwarts. Sirius looked like he was about to cry, his breathing un-even, he also looked guilty which also wasn't surprising.

I placed down Dallas and quickly went to my room, grabing a few backpacks and stuffing it with my and Dallas' clothes and most important stuff. U could hear Sirius trying to talk with me, but I still felt like I was underwater, it sounded blurry and quiet.

''Dallas say bye bye to Dada and Uncle Moony, we have to go now'', I said putting on my shoes. I could see Dallas hugging them and saying 'bye bye, Dallas loves you', it broke my heart. But I did what I thought was right and I stood by it.

''Come here Dallas, let's go now,'' I said placing Dallas on my hip, taking the bags with me and leaving the flat as fast as I could at the time manage.

This is where it stared a start to my new life, a more sad but free life, where I felt like I was drowning every day, 3 minutes all over and over again. It takes 3 minutes to drown. 3 minutes out of the whole time in this universe.

This is the new life of Mona fucking O'malley.
