None of the characters in this one-shot are minors. They're all 18/19 and in senior year of high school. :) There will be inaccuracies, I just let my imagination run wild kasi lmao. This is just your typical cheesy Wattpad young adult fiction, ganern! So there will be plotholes! Importante 'yon, eme. This is also me paying homage to 90's-early 00's Filipino romcoms I grew up watching and to the pioneers of Filipino Wattpad community. :D

"Ha? Gago ka ba?"

"Shh, not so loud, Y/N! Baka marinig ka ng mga teachers na nagmumura!"

I scoffed. "Wow, sorry ha for reacting inappropriately after hearing such outrageous request!"

"Please, friend naman natin si Jill. Let's just help her." Pagmamakaawa ni Benj.

"E kung manahimik ka diyan, Benjamin?" I told off the boy. Tiningnan ko si Jillian. "What's this? Is this really your best solution?"

"I tried everything, okay? I turned him down so many times na pero nag-iinsist pa rin siya." Sagot ni Jill.

"Sige nga, re-enact how you turned him down. Baka naman kasi sobrang bait mo, and danced around the subject so much hindi niya na-gets na nire-reject mo na pala siya! You forgot to take into consideration how underdeveloped his brain is!" I angrily replied. "At bakit ako? Bakit ako pa ang gagambalain mo?"

"I would've stepped up naman sana kung hindi lang alam sa buong school na girlfriend ko si Jane." Benj answers softly.

"Shut your trap, Benjamin. Hindi ikaw kinakausap ko." I told him off again with a scowl.

"Can you please be nicer to Benj? Kung magagalit ka, sa akin na lang kasi wala naman siyang kasalanan. He's just trying to help me!" Jill replied.

"Oh, trust me. You'll have your time, Therese. I'm just sharpening my knife! And I decide when I get to be nicer to Benj." Sabi ko. I then look at her pointedly. "See? This is exactly what got you into this situation! Masyado ka kasing mabait!"

"Well sorry ha kung hindi ako kasing-brash mo, and I actually take people's feelings into consideration!" Jill angrily argued.

"At least my brashness saved me from stupid situations like this one you're roping me in! And now you're asking for my help and wasting my time!"

"Okay, stop na! Y/N, masyado ka na kay Jill! I get naman na hindi ka onboard sa fake relationship plan. Akala mo ba hindi nakaisip si Jill ng maraming ibang solusyon? This is her lastest resort!" Benj defended Jill on her behalf. "And on the list of people we'd turn to, ikaw rin ang pinaka-huli. It's just... no one's brave enough. Tsaka para namang hindi mo kilala si Enzo Young! Sa'yo lang takot 'yon, e! Minalas lang talaga na-"

"Wait, si Enzo Young 'yung nanliligaw sa'yo?" I cut off Benj to ask Jill.

Jill continued to glare at the ground. "Oo, siya nga."

"Fuck!" I exclaimed.

"Y/N, stop cursing!" Benj whisper-yelled as he looks around for any nearby teachers.

Kaya naman pala desperado si Jill. That stupid nepotism guy is so dumb it's still a wonder bakit nandito pa rin siya sa Pisay. Grabe, anlayo talaga ng nararating ng ill-gotten wealth. He's also notoriously sexist and misogynistic, so full of himself, "casanova" raw e hindi naman g'wapo, at wala namang ibubuga. He's decent sa basketball, and so he uses that as his lone redeeming quality. But even then, he's still irredeemable.

I can still shoot more three-pointers than him, thanks to Physics!

"Ba't hindi mo ka'gad sinabi na 'yung kupal na 'yon pala nanggugulo sa'yo?" I disbelievingly asked Jillian.
