The haircut

Will woke up with Boris sleeping next to him.

He checked Boris's bedside clock and saw it was 6:30. He rubbed his eyes to try and wake him up.

It hit him that he hadn't called his mom and told her that he was staying the night.

He carefully got up as to not wake up Boris. Then he made his way to the phone in the living room.

He called his mom. "Hello?" Will yawned "Hey mom" Joyce exhaled "Oh hey honey. We've been worried since you didn't tell me you were staying the night"

Will rubbed his eyes "Yeah sorry we didn't plan on it" he hoped she wasn't mad.

"Alright well I'll ask Jonathan to come get you, and bring Boris" oh Boris Will smiled "Alright see you soon"

Will hung up and went back to Boris's room. Boris was still sleeping. Boris looked so beautiful to Will.

He remembered last night. Oh, oh!. He was smiling so hard. He got on the bed and gently shook Boris.

"Hey Boris wake up, we need to get ready for school" Boris groaned and looked up at Will.

Will looked like a god to Boris's tired eyes "Good morning sweet boy" Boris smiled.

"Good morning" Will smiled at Boris. Boris slowly got up and out of bed. Will informed him that Jonathan was coming.

Boris got changed then latched himself to Will. Will just continued waiting for Jonathan by the front door.

When Jonathan and Argyle got there, Boris detached from Will. They got in the van and headed to Wills.

They got there and Will pulled Boris inside. Joyce was waiting for them with breakfast.

They sat down and Joyce gave them some food, then sat down herself.

They all started eating "Hey mom can I get a haircut?" Joyce was very surprised.

"Oh well what were you thinking?" Will thought about it "Idk probably just getting rid of the bowl cut"

Joyce nodded "Alright how about we go this afternoon when I get off work?"

Will nodded "Alright" they finished breakfast then went to school.

Will and Boris talked the whole day, yet still not bringing up last night.

Boris met Will at the usual pick up spot "Can I come over to yours?" Will shook his head.

"We have that history project remember? Unless you wanna do it with me?"

Boris thought helping Will would be better then not seeing him. "Alright I'll help you"

Will smiled "Alright needy" Jonathan and Argyle showed up and Will got in the van.

"I'm not needy! I just like hanging out with you" Will smiled "Sure needy"

Boris frowned and Will laughed. They waited for El then went home.

Boris and Will were joking and making fun of eachother the whole time.

Jonathan was happy Will found such a good friend. Jonathan found Boris much better then Mike.

Speaking of Mike. Will had barely thought about him since he met Boris. He had stopped thinking of the lack of calls and letters.

Everything was perfect to Will.

They got home and Will immediately went to his room with Boris following behind him.

Will got out everything he needed out and started on the project.

"Are you going to start on yours too?" Boris nodded "Soon but I just want to watch you for now"

Will smiled "Creeper" Boris gasped "Am not!" Will put on a serious face "Are too!"

Boris acted offended but loved talking to Will, even if he was teasing him.

Will started laughing and Boris smiled at the sight of Will being happy.

Will noticed how happy Boris got when he was happy and it made him feel loved.

They kept talking as Will did his project. They stopped when they heard Joyce's car.

Will rushed to get out of his seat so he could get his haircut.

"Oh crap, I have to go bye!" He gave Boris a kiss and was out the door.

Boris sat on Wills bed smiling.

About and hour went by and Boris just laid on Wills bed as bored as can be.

Will bursted through his bedroom door and Boris sat up quickly.

Boris looked at Wills haircut and blushed "Do you like it? Is it bad?" Boris shook his head.

"It looks amazing!" Will smiled "Really? I thought it might be to weird?"

Boris smiled "Nope it looks amazing!" Will sat next to Boris on his bed.

"Thank you" It was strange for Will. Usually he'd care about what Mike thought. But instead after he got it he thought of Boris.

Will was really happy to have found someone who makes him feel like or even better then Mike did.

"We got food on the way home so let's go down and eat" Will pulled Boris downstairs into the dining room.

Joyce had picked up pizza for dinner. Everybody had gathered in the dining room and sat down. Boris sat next to Will of course.

Everybody started digging into the food.

“So I have some good news!” everyone stopped eating and looked at Joyce.

“Mike and Max are visiting on Saturday!” Will almost choked on the food he was eating.

Boris saw how unhappy Will was at the mention of Mike. Boris put 2 and 2 together from the talk they had.

“Mike is coming!” Will smiled “Max is coming!” El looked at Will with confusion.

They finished their dinner in silence then after they were excused, Boris immediately pulled Will to his room.

Will knew why Boris wanted to talk “Before you start talking, yes Mike is the guy I liked”

Boris went to talk but Will continued.

“I also want to metion you guys look very very similar. I also want to metion you are in no way a second choice or something to make me get over him! I love you and only you”

Boris smiled “I Love you too, I was going to ask if I could come with you to pick them up. Also who is Max?”

Will smiled “Of course! And Max was my bestie back in Hawkins. She's amazing”

Boris smiled at Max being a girl and going with Will to the airport of course.

“Also I can't come over tomorrow and you can't come over tomorrow”

Will titled his head in confusion “My dad is getting home for the day and is very strict”

Will nodded “I get it. Does this mean you're not sleeping overnight?” Boris nods.

“Sadly, but he's only here for the day and will leave in the morning” Will smiled.

“Alright, can I get a kiss goodbye?” Boris smiles and gives Will as kiss then exits through the window.

“I told you to stop doing that it's dangerous!” Will shouted to Boris below “Love you bye!”

Will went back to working on his history project.
