"I'm so happy that you agreed to going to the studio with me, (y/n)." Justin said, smiling while holding my hand as we walked into the hallway.
"No problem," I replied. "I'm just glad to see how the great Justin Bieber works his magic in the studio."
"Speaking of magic," Justin said, stopping at the studio door. "I have a super surprise for you."
"Oh really?" I asked, raising one eyebrow.
He nodded. "Really?" Justin opens the door for me. "Ladies first."
"Aw, what a gentleman." I cooed, squishing his face playfully before I entered.
The studio was everything I imagined. Justin wrapped his arms around my waist, his chin on my shoulder. "Cool isn't it?"
"Yeah, it's amazing." I agreed.
Justin set down on one of the chairs near the control panel and patted the seat next to him. I smiled and skipped to the chair. I sat down and took a deep breath, taking it all in.
"Welcome to my sanctuary." Justin announced, motioning all around. I giggled a bit.
"So are you ready for your surprise?"
"Sure."
Justin smiled before he shuffled through his backpack. He pulled out a black journal and flipped through the pages before he found the right one. He set it next to me and I looked at it. It was a song.
"This us what I've been working on all week," He said, pointing to the song. "And I want you to feature in it."
I felt my eyes get wide when he told me to sing in it. "Oh no no no no." I shook my head, pushing the journal back to him.
"What's wrong?" Justin asked.
"I can't sing." I stated, trying to make it sound obvious.
"Come on (y/n), you should be a natural at this."
I gave him my "I hope you didn't say what I thought you just said" face. "What's that suppose to mean Justin?"
"Oh that's not what I ment. What I ment to say wa--"
"I'm not going to do it, period." I interupted.
"Please (y/n)," Justin begged. "I worked really hard on this song. Plus, you might sound a lot better than you think."
"I don't know..."
"Pleassseee." Justin begged, giving me puppy dog eyes.
"Fine." I said, giving in.
"Yay!" Justin yelled in victory. He passed me the journal and scooted me into the booth.
I put the headphones on and looked at Justin through the glass barrier. "What part do I even sing?"
Justin pressed a button before he spoke. "The second verse." I skimmed down the page until I found it. "You ready?" I nodded.
As the chorus started playing in the headphones, I took in a shaky breath. The chorus stopped and Justin counted me in. I started to sing the song, hesitant at first, but soon gained confidence. My part ended and I took the headphones off. I looked up to see a surprised Justin.
"What?" I asked.
"Th-that was really good (y/n)." Justin said.
"You better not be lying to me Bieber." I warned playfully.
"I swear I'm not," Justin said. "Come out here and hear it for yourself."
"Alright..." I said unsurely. I enter the control room and sit down in the chair next to Justin.
"I got a little of the song put together so I haven't gotten all of the bugs out." I nodded.
Justin clicked a button on the computer and the song started to play. Justin's verse came in and he sounded like an angel, which wasn't a surprise. Then the chours came in and we were both bobbing our heads to the beat. I gulped as my part came in. Justin smiled when he saw my amazement. I actually sounded pretty good.
"Damn." I said. Justin laughed.
"It's fire isn't it?"
"Justin?" I said, looking into his eyes.
"What?"
"Don't ever say that again."
Justin rolled his eyes playfully. "Whatever."
