That Monday. Peter and Ned decide to walk to school instead of going on the train.
Ned: So this weekend I got another new Lego set and built it but don't worry I still have the other one to build.
While Ned is talking Peter completely zones out. He is thinking about almost dying.
Ned: Anyway, how was your mission for Tony Stark?
Peter doesn't answer.
Ned: Hello Peter, did you hear me?
Peter: It didn't go as planned.
Ned: Oh.
As they are walking they see police surrounding Peter's favorite Sub place. The entire shop was blown up. Could this be from the weapons?
Peter considers calling Mr. Stark tells him about this but after messing up this weekend he decides not to.
Ned and Peter then realize the bank was blown up as well.
Ned: What happened here? I hope no one got hurt.
Peter: Yeah.
Peter and Ned then walked to school and got on with their day. Peter and Ned have a few classes together. While working in science class, Ned tries to talk to Peter about this weekend.
Ned: You never explained what went wrong this weekend.
Peter: It doesn't matter.
Ned: I'm curious. Don't you want to talk about it?
Peter: No Ned.
In every class they had together, Ned would keep asking about his mission. Every time this made Peter mad.
Ned: What if I give you scenarios and if it happened you just say yes?
Peter doesn't answer.
Ned: I don't understand why you are being so secretive.
Peter: Can we just pay attention to class?
Ned: Come on Peter, I'm your best friend. It's not like you almost died.
Peter: I almost died, Ned. Now please stop asking. Can we get back to listening?
Ned: Oh. Sorry. Yes.
Ned didn't know what else to say so he just let it be. He feels bad for pushing Peter. Peter feels bad for lashing out on Ned but he hated that he kept pushing him. He just wanted to listen to his teacher in class. This wasn't the place or time to talk about the mission.
