Two days later. Wednesday. The day of Peter's therapy appointment. School just ended. Yesterday Peter did not go to school. He didn't want anyone to ask about the cuts on his hands. He thought a lot about what he did to those two boys at the old car shop. He actually can't believe he did that.
As far as he's concerned, no one knows it was him. He didn't tell anyone. Peter doing this actually scared him. Peter didn't know he was capable of hurting anyone but all the anger was built up so it just happened. Peter is putting a smile on his face to show nothing is wrong. Fake it to make it. He wants to keep up his act and not be suspicious.
Peter is going to head home before his appointment at five pm. He's a little nervous about the appointment. But he knows it will be okay and Mr. Stark and May will be proud of him. He has been waiting all day to tell Ned about Monday but he doesn't want to tell him at school for other people to hear. Peter is headed towards the door.
Ned: Peter, wait up! Peter, where are you going? We have a meeting to create the Lego Club. Remember? We scheduled it a few weeks ago.
Peter: Is there any way you can go alone?
Ned: You aren't coming anymore?
Peter: No.
Ned: You're ditching me? What are you doing instead?
Peter: Something for Mr. Stark. Sorry Ned. Let me know how it goes!
Ned: Fine. Yeah. I'll let you know. Bye Peter.
Peter: Wait, are you mad at me?
Ned: No I'm not. I just didn't want to do this by myself but I got it.
Peter: Okay good. I need to tell you something about Monday. After you told me about the two boys and how they were bullying you, I, kind of, um. Went to the car shop and might have beaten them up. You told me the story and I just got really mad.
Ned stares at Peter.
Peter: No one knows but I needed to tell you what I did. I've been replaying it in my head. That's why I didn't come to school yesterday. My hands were hurting me. I know it sounds crazy but they did deserve it. What are you thinking, Ned?
Ned: Peter. Why did you do that? That's insane.
Peter: I didn't like how they were rude to you. Someone needed to teach them a lesson. So I took it upon myself to do that. They won't ever bother you again. I made sure of that.
Ned: What if they tell someone it was you? You're going to be in so much trouble.
Peter: They don't even know who I am. I'm totally fine.
Peter starts to walk backwards to the door.
Peter: I'll see you tomorrow Ned. Bye.
As he turns around he walks right into the Principal.
Principal: Mr. Parker. My office. Now.
