The sun shone bright into the room. There was a noise coming from downstairs. I opened my eyes and looked around. I wasn't in my room. That was because Loki offered me to spend the night due to the storm. I wiped my eyes and got out of bed. I walked down the stairs and found Loki in the kitchen.

"There you are", he smiled. He had made breakfast!
"Good morning", I said as I walked closer to see what he was making.
"I hope you like English breakfast", he asked a little worried.
"I love that."

He chuckled and laid eggs on a plate. He handed them to me and asked me to sit down at the table. He joined me in seconds.
"Enjoy", he said before attacking his breakfast. I smiled and scooped some eggs on my fork. They were delicious!
"And", he questioned.
"You should be a chef."
"I'll take it as a compliment."

After he offered me to get ready at his place and get me back to my room I thanked him for the lovely evening and hospitality.
"It was my pleasure."

I opened the door to my room and took the books I needed for today's classes. Everyone was talking about the weather from last night. Some had gone outside to enjoy it. Others found it annoying and didn't understand why Thor wouldn't make it stop.

I was in the middle of the two parties. If it hadn't been raining so badly Loki wouldn't have taken me inside and I wouldn't have spent the night with him. On the other hand spending the night with Loki doesn't make me losing feelings for him easier.

"Hey Freya, where were you last night. I hadn't seen you after classes and didn't hear you enter your room", Lea asked.

Why is she so nosy?

"I took a walk."
"In that storm? Not returning to campus?"
"No."

She knew something was up with me. I avoided answering her questions about my whereabouts. After all what would she think of me? What would they all think of me?

The bell rang and I went to class quickly. It was Loki's. I opened the door to his classroom where he was waiting for his students to arrive. He smiled softly at me and gave me a soft "hello".
"Hello professor", I said before sitting down at my desk.
"How are you", he started a small talk.
"Never been better." He chuckled and greeted the other students who were entering.

"Hello class. Today I want to work with poetry. After all you're following a literature class so I'm sure this will be a subject toward your liking. First I'm going to start with the boring parts, then I'll put you at work."

Loki started his lesson on poetry. Of course he started with Shakespeare and so on and do forth. We discussed loads of poems and their writers.

"Right that was it. Remember for the exam I want you to be able to recognize which poem belongs to which author. Don't worry it'll be easy to recognize them if you know the theory we just saw of course. Now the fun part. Poetry can be used as a tool to communicate as we saw earlier. I want you all to form groups of two and have a conversation only using lines of poetry, plays et cetera. Freya would you do me the favor of demonstrating with me."

I swallowed and looked around. I looked back at Loki and stepped up to the front.

"Great, I'll start."

"I pray you, do not fall in love with me, for I am falser than vows made in wine."
"I will die if you love me not. And I will die ere I might make my love known", I spoke. Ha, Shakespeare. Is that the road he's taking?
"Men and women have died from time to time, and worms have eaten them both. But not for love."
"Hear my soul speak. Of the very instant that I saw you did my heart fly at your service."

That might have been a little too honest Freya!

"I love you more than words can wield the matter, dearer than eyesight, space and liberty", I finished. Loki's eyes carried confusion. It was as if he knew I was speaking the truth.
"Love is like a child that longs for everything it can come by. You cannot call it love, for at your age the heyday in the blood is tame."

Was he right?

I looked at him. Terrified. Hurt. Heartbroken. This didn't feel as a fictional conversation. It felt as if he was trying to tell me something. I quickly got back to my seat and sat down. Avoiding all eye contact.

"Thank you Freya", he said after clearing his throat a little.

This is awkward. I wanna leave!

"Can I go to the bathroom please", I asked. He let me go and told me if I wanted I could already leave the class earlier. Great!

I ran off to my room. Nobody needs to find me crying on the bathroomfloor. I opened the door and fell on my bed. Tears flood out of my eyes. I love him that is for sure. But what do I do?
