(Present day England)

Loki had stood and watched Sarah sleep soundly for over three hours. For the God of mischief and chaos, he observed her and waited patiently for her to wake. There was a gentle knock at the door and it opened slightly to reveal one of Loki's 'puppets'. A young woman dressed in black with a high ponytail and flat shoes. She walked slowly into the room carrying bags of clothes. Loki looked over as she walked closer to him

"The clothes I requested?" he asked. The girl nodded and Loki gestured for her to put them on the chair before he asked her to leave. After a few minutes Sarah finally began to stir. Loki walked to the foot of her bed and watched as she began to wake, placing his hands down on the bottom railings of the bed.

"Dad." She softly said as she woke. Sarah's eyes fluttered open, until she opened them widely and sat up straight. Staring right at her was Loki, who now had his arms crossed, "How long have you been standing there?"

"Long enough, there are some clothes for you, get dressed and I will see you in the dining room." Loki began to leave the room but stopped and finished, "Oh and don't try anything. There are guards on every door on every floor of this building, whose orders are to shoot to kill." he turned on his feet and left the room. Sarah fell back onto her pillow sighing in frustration. She was trapped. A prisoner, with no means of escape and she had no way of knowing what would happen to her. She didn't know what Loki wanted with her or why she was even there. All she knew was what her father had taught her, 'Do what you must to survive'. Taking a long deep breath, Sarah got up and walked over to the bathroom.

Walking out of the shower 20 minutes later, she dried her hair and wrapped it tightly in a bun. Sarah dressed herself in what she wanted to wear and not what Loki had given her. So, she raided the wardrobe and pulled out a white shirt and black jeans which showed off her slim figure. Placing her boots back onto her feet, Sarah opened the door to find a guard waiting for her.

"This way please." He said, giving an unresponsive look to his face. She followed him to the living quarters of the apartment and as she stepped through, he closed the door behind her and stood in front of it, blocking her way in and out.
