Chapter 4: Acceptance

Tomioka's eyes started to blink, it is morning now. After a few seconds he realized he's being hugged by Sanemi, Tomioka blushed like crazy.

Tomioka's POV: Holy... (pause) SHIIIIIIIIITTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT!!!!!!! He- he's hugging me, and what do I do?!?!?1/11?!? Do I just put his arms away? No that would be rude, do I just stay like this till he wakes up? Although, I remember my sister hugging me... I miss her so much, also Sabito, I really miss them.. I-.. I really do.

Tomioka started to tear up a bit but he quickly wipes his tears as Sanemi starts moving.

''You woke up already?'' Sanemi asked in his morning voice.

Tomioka's POV: *gay panic* HIS MORNING VOICE IS SO HOT!!!! DO- DO I LOOK BACK AT HIM??? H-HUH?

Sanemi sits up and lifts Giyuu and hugs him. ''You're very nice for cuddling, better than a plushie.'' Sanemi said. Giyuu blushed like crazy and didn't know what to say.

''Hey, today I have to introduce you to Master Kagaya, the leader of the Demon Slayer Corps. Are you okay with that?'' Giyuu nodded facing Sanemi. After eating breakfast Sanemi made Giyuu wear a simple omeshi clothing. And, Sanemi couldn't help but stare at him while walking to the Demon Slayer Corps, Giyuu looked too cute. Sanemi even bet Mitsuri won't stop squealing if he ever saw Giyuu.

''Uh oh, Giyuu stay behind me.'' Sanemi said. Mitsuri was walking with Iguro and Sanemi is scared if Mitsuri or Iguro will question about Giyuu. Well, they spotted Giyuu because of his long hair. Mitsuri and Iguro walked up to Sanemi.

''Hey Shinazugawa-kun, who's that behind you?'' Mitsuri asked. ''That's uh no one.'' Sanemi replied, ''C'mon it's obvious Shinazugawa, who is he? Why does that person has a weird aura, is that a demon?'' Iguro asked. ''Jesus Christ, okay fine. This is Tomioka Giyuu the mermaid I was telling you iguro.'' Sanemi said. The 4 went to complete silence for a bit, and Iguro laughed. ''No way? what you said was real? No fucking way Shinazugawa.''Iguro said. Mitsuri looked confused, what we're they talking about? ''E-eh? Mermaid? Show him to me Shinazugawa-kun''. Sanemi let out a big sigh and backed away a bit and fully showed Giyuu. Mitsuri's face was blushing.

''KYAA!! HE'S SO CUTE!!!'' Mitsuri squealed, While Iguro was completely blank faced. ''Well how is he a mermaid? He looks human, but has a weird presence.'' Iguro asked. 

''This is too much to explain, I'll just explain it later after I introduce him to Master Kagaya.'' Sanemi replied. ''Ok, then. Also we don't any missions at all, nothing's going wrong so, we basically have a break. Anyways, we will be going now.'' Iguro said. Then Iguro and Mitsuri walked away as Mitsuri waved goodbye.

''Finally, Let's just run now, we don't wanna waste time.'' Sanemi said to Giyuu. Sanemi took Giyuu's hand and ran.

After so much running they reached the Ubuyashiki Estate, Giyuu was panting since he couldn't run as fast as Sanemi could. After calming down a bit Master Kagaya went to Sanemi.

''Well well, what brings you here my child? And who is this person you have brought with you?'' Kagaya asked. 

''This is Tomioka Giyuu, he's a mermaid. I know this sounds really unbelievable, but-.''

Sanemi's POV: Shit! How will I explain this? I don't know what to say, and uncompleting my sentence is really disrespectful to the master! Fuck fuck fuck fuck...''

''I-'' Sanemi stopped speaking as Master Kagaya walks to Giyuu.

''My my, a mermaid huh? You really don't give me a demon's presence. You must be a survivor from the attack of the humans in the ocean, am I right?''

Giyuu nodded.

''Very well, you are Tomioka Giyuu as Sanemi said?''

''y-yes..'' Giyuu said quietly. Master Kagaya smiled. ''I fully accept you for who you are, I am sure there are people out here who would accept you too. I understand your situation. I am very sorry for everything you had gone through, for now I would like Sanemi to supervise you as you continue to learn and feel comfort in land with humans. Now Sanemi, would you please support Tomioka as he finds comfort living in land?'' Master Kagaya said.

''Y... Yes master.'' Sanemi bows. ''Thank you for accepting Giyuu for who he is.'' Sanemi added. Master Kagaya smiled. ''I knew you are very kind at heart.'' Master Kagaya said. Sanemi slightly smiled and took Giyuu's hand.

Master Kagaya smiled as he watch the two walk away holding hands, he knew there was a bright future for those two.
