CHAPTER THIRTEEN : NOMU!?!

Astra grunted as the blackness opened up and spat her out. Falling through the air she landed with a loud hum and the ground beneath her feet shook as a creator opened wide at her landing.

Who the hell...

" Looky what we have here... our first catch of the day."

" She doesn't look like much."

" Nah with all that gold on her she probably doesn't even know how to fight."

What?

Who?

Astra's mind cleared and only then did she realise she was surrounded. That purple guy must have messed with her senses somehow. Astra cracked her neck," This will be over quickly.''

She'd learned her lesson. This wouldn't be a drawn out fight, she'd beat them quick and without preamble. With that in mind Astra felt for the magic within the ground and with one elegant swipe of her hand she held her hand high.

" Tremble."

And just like that the Earth shook so violently that everyone dropped like flies. All except her that was. And with another wave of her hand they all froze in place, her space magic stopping time around them.

They'd still be able to think and talk so this should be quick.

Astra was cold, her skin ice like, but her mind was clear. She had an objective in mind. She couldn't spend time wasting away with low level thugs like these guys.

Walking up to the first villain she made sure to let her bangles jangle. For some reason that always freaked her captives out a little. Crouching low she observed her first victim. It wouldn't be a stretch to say that she'd make this painful.

" Now why don't you be a good little villain and tell me what's going on?"

He spat in her face.

With a snap of her fingers she'd cut off his airway and watched as he struggled. Slowly she released her hold,"Wanna answer now?"

He spat in her face again.

And with a snap of her fingers she sucked all the air out of him. He screamed, flailing now as she released her hold on him. She watched as he clutched his neck, the pain was too much, though it couldn't have been more then five seconds before he fell to the ground and didn't open his eyes. His mouth was open, blood leaking out little by little.

And to the next person she went. But when she figured they weren't going to talk she cut off half of the group's air. Half of her assailants dropped like flies and she looked into the fear stricken faces of those still alive. She didn't have time to waste. The screams were deafening but for some reason Astra didn't mind. In fact, she smiled.

The others stared at their fallen comrades," If someone doesn't talk right now you're all dead."

And finally, someone spoke.

Astra stood on a tall mountain cliff, her pants blowing in the wind. She'd been dropped off on the mountain slide. I need to be quick.

The villains had been surprisingly helpful, they'd told her that they'd come after All Might. Someone with an electricity quirk was blocking communications though they didn't know who. She found that hard to believe. They also said that they had a beast capable of defeating All Might with them.

Of course she thanked them for their information and promised them all a painless death. They were not happy with that arrangement.

Of course she didn't really kill them, at least not the group that was still breathing. The others were quite dead. She just took enough air away from them to render them all unconscious. Perhaps if Lucy were there she might've stopped her but alas, there was nothing but a slight breeze accompanying her today.
