CHAPTER THRITY ONE :

" You found a work-study? That's amazing!" Astra grinned at her little friend. He sheepishly rubbed the back of his neck. Classes were over for the day and now everyone was in the dorm. She was thinking of who to study under.

Ida stood up," Indeed, great work Midoryia!"

" It's impressive you found someone so fast," Ochako stated, flexing her hands.

Izuku smiled," Thanks, guys."

Ida pushed his glasses up," Thank you Izuku. You've become an example to us all." Astra snorted at that and Ida sent her a reprimanding look.

Denki came into the lounge area, his arms crossed behind his head," I dunno how the rest of us are gonna do this."

Hanta agreed," You'll be working at Sir Nighteye's agency. I heard Togata recommended you."

Astra looked around," Sir Nighteye must be pretty important then."

Her friends gave her a dubious look before Tsyuu said," Sometimes I forget you are not from Japan."

Astra chuckled," Haha, I still have a lot to learn about your world."

Fuck.

She slipped, Astra looked at her classmates, but they seemed to have misunderstood her words. They probably took them to mean their world in Japan instead of their world in the cosmos.

Of course, no sane human being thinks there's extraterrestrial life outside of their own. If there is one thing we all have in common it would be the fact we all think too highly of ourselves to even begin to imagine an alternate universe. The conversation had moved on and Astra wore a blank expression.

" So Astra are you gonna go back to Nightingale for your hero studies?" Mina quirked a smile and leaned against the back of the couch, her arms propping her up.

Astra frowned," No. She doesn't meet the requirements."

Mina pouted," The requirements kick out a bunch of hero agencies, it sucks."

It did. It was only because Nightingale hadn't taken in many students. Hanta rested his back against one of the other couches, his arms on either side of his, gripping the cushions," They sure aren't making it easy for us."

He could say that again.

The school set requirements for the first years doing Hero Studies because of the danger. Astra understood it was dangerous sending first years out to get real experience. And the agencies would be responsible for them.

Astra smelled Aziwa's scent and turned. He was resting against the wall, watching them silently. She grinned," You're kinda creepy just standing there Aziwa. Did you want us for something?"

Everyone else turned at Astra's announcement and Aziwa sighed," Tokoyami, Astra, looks like you've both gotten an offer from one of them. Hawks has invited you to work with him in Kyushu."

Astra's eyes widened and she looked outside, to the sky. Did Mavis hear her?

Her classmates all exploded," No way!"

" Dude he's the number Three Hero!"

" That's awesome!"

" Wow!"

" Good job!"

Aziwa looked at his class with a blank expression," Well what do you two say?"

Fumikage looked towards Aziwa and bowed his head a little," I respectfully accept."

Astra looked towards her teacher then," I am so ready for this!"

Aziwa nodded," I'll make sure you get the paperwork later. Let me know when you leave, I'll sign off on your absence."
