Chapter 13: Make a wish

"Do you have any plans for tonight?" Keigo asks Y/N as they watch the snow fall on the balcony drinking the Hot coco Y/n made for them

"I'm not sure. Maybe watch a movie," Y/N asks

"So you are just going to do what you always do every evening? Come on, It's christmas eve!" Keigo says

Y/N laughs, "There's really nothing I want to do, I mean maybe I can invite the League over for some board games and hot coco" Y/N says teases, "Did you have anything planned?"

"Well the Hero Commission is having a Christmas Eve party, would you like to come with me?" Keigo asks

Y/N remembers what happened last time at the Hero Commission Event, when she caught Mnt Lady and Hawks kissing. She gets mad at herself for thinking about it.

"Oh right, I forgot about that. You know, I think I'm just going to stay home. I don't really feel like being social tonight,"Y/n mumbled

"Well I'll stay in with you, we can watch a christmas movie and build the fort again. How does that sound, Baby bird?" Keigo says as he puts his head on her shoulder looking up at her

"No, You should go. I mean you are the no.2 hero, how bad would it look if you bailed on them. The President would not like that one bit." Y/N says, "Besides I'll be here when you get back, don't worry about me." she says trying to reassure Keigo

"I don't like the sound of you being alone on Christmas Eve," Keigo whispers

Y/n grabs his hand, "Like I said, I'll be fine! What time does the party start anyway?"

"8:30pm to Midnight" Keigo says

"Well it is 7:45pm now. You better go get ready, Tiger." Y/n says

"Fine, but just know I'll be thinking about you the entire time." Keigo says

Y/N smiles at him as he leaves, her smile fades once she's out of his sight.

"I don't want to witness Mnt Lady and Keigo again. But maybe I should go"

Y/N walks back into the apartment, taking off her beanie and scarf. "But what if I have fun at the party? No I'll be fine, besides there'll be plenty of parties!"

Y/n lays on her bed as some time passes she decides to school social media

Y/N sighs, "Fine. I'll go," Y/N checks the time, 8:15, "It's fine if I show up a little later."

"Now where is that dress? Oh there it is,"

Y/n jumps in and out of the shower and dries off.

Y/N slips on a long white silk dress that has a corset wrapping around her waist with a padded chest, it's spaghetti strap that crosses in the back and ties at the bottom just above the waistline and the left leg of the dress has a high slit. She puts on her pearl earrings and a pearl necklace. She grabs her silver ankle strap heels and puts her hair in a half up ponytail using a metal silver butterfly hair clip that has some pearls on it. She decides to do a natural makeup look.

"Sometimes I surprise myself." she praised as she was looking at herself in the mirror, she grabs her black trench coat and heads out the door.

"Nice it's 9:30pm, I'll pop in say my 'hi's' and 'byes' to some of the heroes"

As she arrives at the address that Hawks sent her, she is able to see through this glass window. All the Heroes mingling and dancing. She sees Hawks sitting at the bar with Yu.
