Chapter 32: Old Habits

"Hey Hawks!" Y/N says as she enters his office, "That coffee shop was open and I went with Kamui to grab some. I brought you one." Y/N says handing him a coffee.

"Oh, You went with Kamui?" Hawks asks, feeling a little bothered.

"Yeah, He seems pretty nice." Y/N says while taking a sip of her coffee, "So whatcha doing now?"

"Just checking the hero network." Hawks says, staring at his computer screen.

Y/N leans over his desk and towards Hawks making him turn as they are now face to face. She pushes his forehead back with one finger.

"You are going to get bad eyesight from sitting so close." Y/n says with a smile

"She is so close..." Hawks cheeks grow a little red from how close they just were

"Kamui mentioned an Onsen in a private location." Y/N says, "he invited me to go with him."

The thought of Y/N being naked in front of Kamui made Hawks jealous

"You know you have to be naked in those right?" Hawks blurts out

"Yes, I know how Onsen works." Y/N says

"I mean. I was just letting you know." Hawks says trying to not look mad

"Come with us." Y/N offers, "Enjoy a stress free night from what is going on right now. It's okay to be selfish every once in a while."

"I'll think about it." Hawks says,"not sure I want to see Kamui naked."

"Alright, I can text you the address before I leave." Y/N says, "You ready to train soon?"

Hawks has been helping Y/N combat train to help with her memory and in case she was ever in any trouble if he wasn't with her.

Y/N goes for a kick and Hawks catches her leg. He swings her onto the mat making her fall flat on her back, he stands over her by her head, Hawks was about to grab her but she grabs his arms and he starts to pull her backwards. She kicks her legs up and manages to wrap her legs onto his, causing him to fall back. She gets on top of him, straddling him, and holding his arms over his head.

"She pulled these moves on me before." Hawks thinks

Hawks kicks his legs up and thrusts his hips forward causing Y/N to let go of his arms as she flies a little forward onto him, He grabs her by her waist rolling them both over. Hawks now on top with his legs in between hers. Pinning her arms down above her head.

"Admit it, Baby Bird, You want me as much as I want you." Flashback of Hawks saying this to her pops into her head

Y/N laughs, "I think I'm getting too predictable. You saw my leg coming from a mile away."

Hawks lets go of her arms and helps her up by wiping her wings off.

"Well we have been training against each other since we were 5." Hawks says as he takes a sit on a jump box

"Ah very true." Y/N says as she takes a sip of her water. Her water starts to dip onto the side of her mouth slowly going to her neck. Hawks walks up towards her and wipes the water from the side of her mouth with his thumb. Making her blush.

"Sorry, Old Habits." Hawks says as he backs away

"I need to control myself." Hawks thinks

"It's okay." Y/N reassures him, She takes a seat on the mat with her arms over her knees. Hawks walks over and leans his back against her wings.
