Chapter 9:Falling In Love

School finally finished. Some were preparing to go home, some were gathering with friends and some were busy.......bullying.

Yeonjun: Who do we have today?
Sunoo : What do you want?
Yeonjun: Who dressed you up like that? Your grandma? My neighbour dress better than you.
Sunoo: It's none of your business. Leave me alone.
Yeonjun: Kai. Go.

Huening Kai snatches Sunoo's bag and puts drops all the things in floor.

Yeonjun: So many books. What did I even expect from a nerd. What is it? A diary?
Sunoo: Don't read it please.
Yeonjun: There's a boy I like from senior year. WoW. Interesting.
Sunno: Please.

Sunoo tries to reach for the diary but he struggles. Yeonjun is too tall for him. So he starts to cry.

Taehyun: Aww. Big baby is crying.

Others laugh with him. While Beomgyu feels discomfort.

Beomgyu: Heya. The principle is coming.
Soobin: Run everyone.

Beomgyu: I am home, mom.
Mrs.Choi: How was your day at school?
Beomgyu: It was just whatever. Anyways I going out with a few friends of mine.
Mrs.Choi: Okay. Is Taehyun also going with you guys?
Beomgyu: No. Why you ask?
Mrs.Choi: His parents are going out of town for a few days. So he's gonna stay with us untill they come back.
Beomgyu: WhAt!?
Mrs.Choi: What whAt?
Beomgyu: I mean why he's gonna with us? He has his other friends-
Mrs.Choi: I guess you guys quarrelled? Now I see why didn't want to come. Unfortunately me and his mom are best friends. So she trusts me more. I hope you can behave well for a few days.
Beomgyu: I can't guarantee that.
Mrs.Choi: Aissh. Kids nowadays.

At the mall-

Alison: Whoever told money can't buy happiness probably didn't have enough money.
Huening Kai: Are you gonna buy me plusies?
Beomgyu: Ask her. I don't have enough money.
Huening Kai: Anyway I was curious about something.
Alison: What it is?
Huening Kai: You bought so many expensive things. Where did you get the money?
Alison: From my part time job?
Huening Kai: Do they pay you such a huge amount of money? What work do you do?
Alison: Just some work.
Huening Kai: You and Taehyun met during part time job. Taehyun also never told us what kind of work he does. Wait- are you guys strippers?
Alison: For your information we are not strippers.
Huening Kai: Then is it illegal work?

The atmosphere suddenly became heavy. Huening Kai's curiosity turned into wrong way. Just then someone decided to break the silence.

Sunghoon: Guys, I heard here they sell very good egg tarts.
Huening Kai: Really? It's my favourite.

Suddenly someone calls them from behind.

Yeonjun: yo, Hyuka. Did you ditch us for your new besties?
Huening Kai: It's not like this.
Alison: I thought you were busy?
Taehyun: My plans got cancelled.
Yeonjun: It's such a coincidence. Right babe? I-i mean Ssobin?
Soobin: Y-yeah.
Taehyun: Looks like someone forgot his best friends after finding a girlfriend.
Beomgyu: Are you talking with me?
Taehyun: Yes. You.

Taehyun and Beomgyu looked like they were ready to throw hands.

Soobin: Alison, don't we have to study?
Alison: Yeah. We have to go guys. See you later.
Yeonjun: I remember I have to help my mom.
Sunghoon: My shift starts in 10 minutes. Gotta go now.
Huening Kai: I forgot to turn off my oven. Bye.

Beomgyu: See. You scared them off. Are you happy now?
Taehyun: I didn't mean to do it.
Beomgyu: I heard you are staying in my house.
Taehyun: I tried to tell my mother that I will be fine alone. But she didn't listen to me. Sorry-
Beomgyu: Why are you saying sorry. Our moms are literally best friends. So I gotta put up with you.
Taehyun: And?
Beomgyu: I am going home. Do you wanna come with me or wanna walk?
Taehyun: I am coming with you. I don't have the energy to walk.

Soobin crossed his hands and leaned back to his car.
"Damn. He's so hot. Aniyo. Get yourself together," Yeonjun thought.

Soobin: What was it back there?
Yeonjun: No. You tell what was it?
Soobin: What do you mean?
Yeonjun: You are someone. No, no. A girl.
Soobin: I don't see any problem.
Yeonjun: Girls die over you.
Soobin: Are you jealous?
Yeonjun: No. Yes?

Soobin comes closer to Yeonjun. Their forehead touch. Yeonjun never felt this nervous in his whole life.

Soobin: Don't worry, mi amor. I got my eyes only for you.

Soobin says it while giggling. A sight blush creeps on Yeonjun's face. He tries to avoid eye contact. Which Soobin finds adorable.

Taehyun: Thanks for the dinner Mrs.Choi.
Mrs.Choi: I am glad you enjoyed it. Beomgyu, why don't you show Taehyun his room?
Beomgyu: Okay.

Beomgyu: I will be in the next room. Tell me if you need something.
Taehyun: Why are you acting like this?
Beomgyu: Did I do anything wrong?
Taehyun: Why are you ignoring me?
Beomgyu: I didn't-
Taehyun: I am okay you being with someone else. But don't let it ruin our friendship.

Beomgyu pinned Taehyun against the wall. There was few inches gap between them.

Beomgyu: Tomorrow I am all yours.
He said it with a smile.

Taehyun was confused.
Taehyun: What do you mean!?
Beomgyu: Tomorrow you are stuck with me. I will do whatever you me to do.
Taehyun: You will get sick of me.

Oh boy. If he only knew how much Beomgyu likes his company.

Taehyun: Hmmm. I wanna go to the carnival.
Beomgyu: Okay. Be ready. It's gonna be the best day of your life.
Taehyun: We will see.
Beomgyu: Goodnight. Sleep well.

Beomgyu went to his room. But Taehyun's heart was unable to calm down. He thought what's is this feeling. It can't be a mere crush. Could it be love?
