Restaurant | Chapter 2

It was now a few hours later. About 3 hours later, and if Will had to be honest, he slept very well. No nightmares, no birds that woke him up, just good dreams. Later something did wake Will up though, but they weren't birds. It was a human hand on his leg, and a human voice. Will slowly opened his eyes, but he still wasn't fully awake, so he still couldn't really see who it was. "M-Mike..?" Will said in a sleepy voice, forgetting everyone (so also Mike) already woke up so it probably wasn't Mike. "Nooo, It's me Jonathan, silly." Jonathan let out a small soft laugh. Yes, Jonathan. Will's older brother. Jonathan decided to come over again because he wanted to see his family. Will now fully woke up, and realized it was indeed Jonathan and not his best friend Mike.

"You slept quite a while. How are you feeling? Mike told me everything." Oh. So Joyce and Mike weren't the only ones who knew about the headaches and stuff now. He actually didn't want too much people to know about it, so he was hoping Jonathan wouldn't tell Hopper.

"I'm okay i guess? Thanks." Will gave Jonathan a small smile but Jonathan just nodded. Will got up, and left the bedroom once again, just to find Hopper, Joyce and El all awake too now, and of course El and Mike were kissing and making silly jokes once again. Hopper had accepted this now, since they weren't kids anymore. Mike was now 17, and El was 16, so no way Hopper was going to control what they do anymore.

Now it was Will who got annoyed because of this. Not because he thought he could control Mike and El, but because he was jealous. "Ugh." Will whispered to himself, but Jonathan who was standing close behind his little brother now could hear it, and to be honest, Jonathan felt bad for Will. Jonathan knew how it was to be jealous, and he also knew about Will's feelings towards Mike.

Will had told Jonathan about him being gay and in love with Mike in these two years, even though Jonathan always knew this. Jonathan has known this since 7 years now, since Will was 9 years old. Will has actually been in love with Mike since they were almost 8 years old though.

"Oh hey Will! Me and El were actually planning on going to a restaurant out of Hawkins today, would you like to come too?" Mike asked nicely, and this made Will happy actually. His eyes went wide, and he got a small smile on his face until...he realized he was going to be a third wheel all day again. But what else was he going to do?

Jonathan now grabbed Will by the shoulder, and whispered something. "You don't have to go, you know? We could make a great day together." Jonathan whispered, but Will shaked his head. "No, it's okay Jonathan, i want to go with them." Will whispered back, kind of lying but on the other hand he also wasn't lying. He wanted to spend as much time with Mike as possible, even if it was boring. Even if he was a third wheel all day.

Jonathan nodded softly while looking down. He felt so bad for his little brother, and he wanted to do anything just to make him happy. Even if it was the most embarrassing thing ever. If it made Will happy, then Jonathan would do it. That is how it works in Jonathan's opinion.

"Sure, i'll come." Will finally answered Mike's question after a minute. Mike was confused about what Jonathan and Will were talking about though, but it was none of his business.

Will now went back to his bedroom and opened the big wooden closet to grab some clothes. He took a black basic shirt with long sleeves, a pair of gray jeans who were too big for him, a belt, white socks and underwear. He now walked out of his bedroom, and went straight to the bathroom. He put his clothes on the floor in the bathroom, and locked the door of the bathroom so he could take a shower, brush his teeth and get changed.

"And those bees went after Lucas the whole time! It was insane!!" Mike laughed, and so did El. El and Mike were still making silly jokes with each other, they were talking about something that happened about 3 years ago with the party back in hawkins while the byers were in california. "Let me guess, they went after you too?" El said, raising an eyebrow, making Mike quiet in an awkward way. "Well- Uhm." Mike turned red of embarrassment now.

"Hey kids, I'm going to the car already. Just come when everyone is ready, alright?" Joyce said, Hopper agreed. Instead of Jonathan and Argyle, Hopper and Joyce were going to be the ones bringing El, Mike and Will somewhere this time. Argyle was totally fine with them using the surfer boys pizza van sometimes.

After about an hour, Will was FINALLY ready. He took an shower, he brushed his teeth and he got changed. "Finally! What took you so long man!?" Mike said in an annoyed tone, tired and annoyed as fuck of waiting so long for Will. "I'm sorry, i just wanted to take a shower!" Will apologized, Mike sighed and calmed down. "It's fine, sorry." If Mike was already in a bad mood now, then imagine how he is going to act at the restaurant.

The three now finally decided to leave the house, and go to the restaurant, leaving Jonathan alone for a while. "Bye John." Will said softly, Jonathan smiled at the nickname, he thought it was cute how his little brother gave him a nickname. Jonathan actually hated nicknames, but if Will or his mother called him a nickname then he loved it. "Bye, Will." Jonathan said back.

Will, Mike and El all walked out of the cabin now, and went to the surfer boys pizza van, and went inside. "Are you guys ready?" Hopper who was the one going to drive instead of Joyce asked, and all of them said yes. Hopper now turned on music, and drove off to the restaurant out of Hawkins.
