Airio crossed the portal to his world. His head was throbbing from his efforts to find a solution to continue to see Melody. He didn't want to stop seen her and now that she knew that he existed, more reasons he had to not to.

Zarak doesn't have to know. I can be more careful, give him some excuses if he asked questions.

He went to bed with a smile on his lips.

She know that I'm real...

Melody woke up early. Her night had been plagued with nightmares about the events in the alley. In them, she couldn't escape and there was no invisible angel helping her. She received a message from Martha telling her that she would come to her house to have lunch.

When the bell rang, Mel went to open it eagerly to have the company of her friend.

"Hi Mel." Martha said, looking at her face. Her smile dropped when she saw the dark circles in Melody's eyes.

"What happen? It's from the hangover?"

"Hey Martha. Come in. I had a rough night. I'll make some tea and explain everything to you." Melody said before closing the door and disappearing into the kitchen.

Forty minutes later, Martha's eyes were full of regret.

"I shouldn't have left you go alone. And the guy had a heart attack? If he was not dead I assure you, I would cut his balls off." Her friend said angrily.

Despite the sour conversation, Melody laughed.

"It's incredible how do you manage to make me laugh at this horrible situation."

Martha stayed at her friend house till the evening. She felt guilt and responsible for what had happen. If she didn't insist with Mel to go out or accompany her home, her friend wouldn't be like she was now, scared.
She thought about Andrew and how lucky she was to have him in her life.

Airio passed the week trying to convince Zarak that he had left Mel alone. The truth was, he hadn't. Every day, he went below to see how she was doing.

He saw her at class taking notes about what the teacher was saying, at the restaurant going from table to table in a rush, walking home after work and even when she was sleeping profoundly.

She would look around the room every time he appeared but like the other night, she didn't seem afraid he was there. In fact, her posture was more relax when he was there.

Soon he realized that his days were boring when he wasn't near her.
To Zarak he said he was training hard and reading some books to learn more about the history of souls and his world.
His friend believed every word he said, patting his back proudly.

One night he was watching Melody cook when she surprised him again, when she started a conversation with him.

"So do you know how to cook? I'm making one lasagna to the kids of the orphanage. I convinced Simon to let me pick them up tomorrow so they could be out of there for some time and experience a meal prepared by me."

His heart skipped a bit at her words.
He liked to cook, sure, but his food was simple and not so elaborate as the so called lasagna. His mouth watered just to imagine how her food would taste.

Airio had the feeling that she could be a terrible cook and even then, he would like to eat whatever she prepared for him.

He saw her move with grace, putting the meat with the onions and revolving it.

Airio was astonish by her beauty, by the way her hair, which was tied up in a ponytail, balanced from one side to the other with her motions.
His member got hard when he thought how her lips would taste on his tongue.

"Where did I put the salt?" She whispered to herself, looking around the counter kitchen. When she cooked, all her surroundings became a mess with all ingredients spread all over the place.

Airio caught the salt quickly before his mind got any further and moved it along the table so she could pick it up.

Melody saw the unexpected movement from the corner of her eyes.

"Oh thanks." She said while smiling around the kitchen. She felt like an idiot who talked to himself.

I need to distract myself from her... Or she will be my doom...

Airio looked at the place, fighting the heating that had spread all over his body for just looking at Melody.

The walls were white and the kitchen was modern, with all the equipment necessary to make great dishes. The counters were metal gray and the top of it red. The oven and the microwave were black.

For one moment, he imagined himself living with her in this apartment. The idea made him happy and sad at the same time. He was sure, he would enjoy sharing his life with her but he knew that was impossible.

"Do you want to taste to see if it's good?" She asked suddenly.

Is not just your food I would be willing to savor. Ooohhh stop that Airio!!

He chastised himself for having those thoughts. He was so in trouble.

"Maybe you can't hum? Well... Tomorrow I will think of you while I eat it. Is the best I can do to you." She chuckle.

Please think of me all the time, if you want...

Before his mind could take control of his self, he went home, bringing with him a huge erection that was screaming to take care of.
