Chapter-40

Jungkook:" Woah! Yn, you are making a cake? That looks delicious!"

He tried to taste it and I put his hand away making him pout which is working well on me.

"You will get to eat when I bring this to all of you~" I teased him. He walked away making me smile.

I started focusing on preparing the cake. Suddenly someone back hugged me. Who wants me to die by becoming a tomato?

I knew who it was but I tried to look  behind me and saw Taehyung oppa's precious boxy smile. I am in heaven.

I can feel myself becoming a tomato and tried to get myself out of his hold but he didn't move.

Taehyung:" Stop trying~ you can't escape from me." Of course I know I can't escape from him.

"Let me go. I have to bake this." I said hiding my red face.

Taehyung:" But if I let you go, you won't give me attention." He said and put his chin on my shoulder.

What? He wants my attention? I smiled a little hearing that. But why is he acting like that? How should I tell him that all my attention is on him?

I was lost in thought while smiling still with a blush when suddenly Taehyung Oppa kissed my cheek and left.

My mouth was open. What did I just experienced? My heart will come out. Is my life finally going to be good with him?

Jimin:" Taehyung-ah, are you blushing?" He said giving a teasing look.

Taehyung:" N-no. Why would I?"

Jimin:" Yeah sure. Say that to yourself if you think so." He walks away.

Taehyung stood there outside his room with a blush and flustered look on his face.

He slowly brought his hand to his chest on his heart hearing his fast heartbeat.

Taehyung:" What is this feeling?"

Namjoon:" You are in love."

He said patting his shoulder smiling and looking proud seeing his brother like friend making steps for his marriage life.

"So young-ah, what are you doing on sunday?" I asked curiously.

So young:" I am going on a date with Min Hyun."

"Oh." She is going on a date. I shouldn't make her cancel her plans then.

So young:" Why did you ask?" She looked at me putting her cup on the table.

"Nothing. I thought it's been long since we hung out." She nodded.

Did she forgot too? It's not like I told anyone else about my birthday. I wish I could ask the members to spend their weekend with me when they finally get a break for themselves.

I sighed and sat on the bench of the park. The same park where I met Taehyung Oppa in the rain without knowing about him.

I saw couples walking around making me feel single and lonely. The same feeling I felt throughout my school life without any true friend, always feeling left out.

Taehyung:" Yn? Why are you still here?" I looked up and saw him in the evening light.

"Why are you here?" I asked worried if someone saw him.

Taehyung:" You weren't at home so I came to find you where you are mostly at."

He knew this about me. He cares for me enough to notice where I can be at this hour other than with So young.

I got up and he took out his hand towards me. I looked at him confused. He holds my hand and starts walking.

~NEXT DAY~

Taehyung:" Yn, are you still sleeping?"

He shakes me to check if I am awake. I tried to pretend to sleep to see what he is going to do.

Taehyung:" Yn?" He stops shaking me.

Why is it quiet? I slowly opened my eyes to see around. I saw Taehyung Oppa with folded arms and his face tilted. I am doomed.

Taehyung:" You can't act in front of me. Now get up."

"Why? It's Saturday. Let me sleep." I don't want to wake up since I am having stomachache suddenly since midnight.

Taehyung:" Are you getting up or should I make you?" He says in a different tone.

I ignored his words and suddenly I feel the blankets off of me. I look at him in shock.

He picks me up in bridal style and walks towards the bathroom. Oh no. Is this what I thought going to happen? I am not prepared.

"Oppa! Put me down. I am awake now." I tried but he didn't listen.

He put me down once we entered the bathroom. He goes out and returns with my clothes.

Taehyung:" Wash up and come for breakfast."

"Why? Others must be sleeping right now. It's not even 8 am." I am so confused.

Taehyung:" Don't you feel anything weird?" He makes a confused face.

"No?" I answered. Is he talking about 'that'?  But I need time.

Taehyung:" Yn, check yourself. And also the bedsheet is....stained." he looks away.

I check myself to know what he means and I got it what he meant by bedsheets getting stained. I got my periods. God kill me.

"Sorry..I will clean myself and the bedsheet. I ruined your sleep." I looked down.

Taehyung:" It's okay. You were in pain while sleeping so I woke up and saw that. That's why I woke you up."

"Thank you and sorry." He flicked my forehead.

Taehyung:" Stop saying that. I will bring you something to eat."

"Oppa, you could have told me while waking up instead of taking me to the bathroom."

I was eating breakfast more like eating for a whole day while Taehyung Oppa just sat there with his pan cake.

Taehyung:" Wouldn't you have want to bury yourself then?" He said with a teasing look.

Taehyung:" We all are going to rest these two days. But.."

"I know. You can rest. You all get breaks rarely." I said with a hint of sadness.

I want to tell him that I want to celebrate my birthday with all of them but they have to rest.

Taehyung:" Yn, let's go on a date tomorrow."

My eyes opened wide with my mouth in shock. A date? With him? For real? He starts eating like he didn't just asked me out.

Author's POV

Hey

It's been a week but I can't post unless it's weekend. My exams are from next week and not this one.

So I won't be able to post unless I am free. Hope you all don't mind.

The journey is coming to an end very soon now. Thank you all for the support.

Feel free to suggest me some ideas for next story but I don't know if I would be able to that if I am not interested in those ideas
