Omniscient POV August 25th, 2018 Janet's house 6:00pm
Over a month has gone by and things have been excellent between the two lovers. They've been spending a lot of quality time together. Janet has been at Kamya's place every day. Especially over the past two weeks. Janet's family has moved to North Carolina as well, and Kamya's house has been her "escape" from them.
Kamya, King, Tamia, Jada and Naomi went over to Janets home to celebrate the family's big move and an early birthday party for Mike's 47th birthday. Get togethers are Janet's thing and Kamya & the crew is always in support it.
"Y'all think Mike gone like this?" Naomi asks, adjusting her shorts. King rolls his eyes
"That man is yo daddy age, Nae."
"He feelin me though, nigga."
"Mike quite obviously likes non women of color." Jada chimes in
"He said he like big legs and baby these thighs are thick as fuck."
"I know that's right big sis!" Mimi high fives her.
"I think You look gorgeous Nae. Mike would love it." Kamya says and everyone turns around towards her
"No sis, you look GOODT!" Mimi exclaims

"You've been glowing lately." Jada says to her
"Haven't she? I need to become a lesbian if my skin gone look like hers." Says Mimi.
"You getting thick again too, girl!" Naomi says
"Thanks y'all! Now Come on."
"Kamya you look gorgeous! All of you do" Rebbie exclaims as the young woman and her family walks onto the patio
"She's red carpet ready for sure!" Latoya smiles
"Baby you look amazing." Janet says and kisses her girlfriend.
"It's good to see everybody." Kamya says and does her rounds of hugs and greetings.
"It's good to see you guys too. Mimi, come here." Shawn says smiling at her. Tamia runs to Shawn quickly and Jada texts the group chat

Nae♥️🧜🏽♀️: Bitch you peeped?
Mya🥰♥️: I would hate to whoop Tamia ass.
The three young ladies laugh at Kamya's last message.
"What's funny baby?" Janet asks, pulling Mya down to her lap.
"Goldie, you think Shawn and Mimi got something going on?"
"I don't know. Part of me thinks so, the other part of me is saying hell no. But they're both grown babe, it's none of our concern," The older woman says and rubs her fingers through Kamya's braids, "I love this look on you, Honey." The young woman blushes and kisses Janet's cheek.
