Demi first met Odell Beckham Jr after her concert in Las Vegas, it was just a one night stand between them but it turned into an agreement.
I surprisingly managed to hide my spiralling depression and eating disorder from everyone. Around everyone, I was my perky and happy little self but when alone, I was depressed. I'd already tried to ask for help and my management didn't care. From now on, I'm going to do whatever the fuck I want.
I attended the American Music Awards and performed 'Sorry Not Sorry' that included a statement to my haters. I want them all to know that their constant downgrading comments don't affect me anymore. I'm living for myself.

I headed away for the Thanksgiving weekend and I was definitely thankful for the break, especially from Mike. I headed up to Mammoth Lakes Ski Resort with a couple friends. It was an easy way to forget about Odell for a while too but it definitely didn't remove him permanently.
Once I got back to the States, I was thrown into rehearsals for the iHeartRadio Jingle Ball. I was also thrown back into real life. It was nice to pretend for a while. The music video for 'Tell Me You Love Me' was released on December 1st. It was a music video with a storyline, the first I'd ever made like it. The first time I put that wedding dress on when we were filming forced me to think about my future and it had me excited that one day this marriage thing will be real.

The first two performances of the Jingle Ball were in California and then I had to fly to New York. Being back in New York made me think about Odell who I hadn't spoken to in weeks. I kept checking my phone as if in the hopes of getting a message from him. I'm not proud to say that I'd even started stalking him on social media.
I didn't once hear from Odell whilst in New York and pissed about it would be a complete understatement. I started to take my aggression out on my own body. I worked out everyday and had started to go days without eating anything nutritious or filling, anything I did eat I'd just throw back up anyway. I freaked the first time I saw blood but Mike called me selfish when I told him about it.
