Scott groaned, slowly opening his eyes. He sighed, and closed them once again, before they widened, he bolted up, looking around.
"Hey." Scott turned to Derek who was over by the table in the middle of the room. Scott looked down at the blankit in his lap, he swung his legs over the side of the sofa, as he still shivered slightly, from where he was shirtless, "How you feeling?"
"Fine." Scott mumbled, "What's the time?"
"Well, it is 12pm on a Saturday." Derek said, as Scott sighed, "You sure you're alright?"
"My Sister is going to kill me." Scott said, gripping his shoulder in his hand, "And, my arm is killing me."
"Not suprised." Derek said, as all of a sudden the door slammed open, the two turning to see Dylan marching in the room, with Stiles and Liam walking behind, but quite slowly, looking terrified.
"Hey... Sis." Scott mumbled, when Dylan suddenly landed a punch on his arm, "Ow! Fuck."
Scott groaned, as he gripped his arm.
"Why that arm?" Scott asked.
"You stupid bitch! Why were you in the woods at 3 in the fucking morning!" Dylan shouted, as Scott sighed.
"For the record, that wasn't my idea. Liam showed up at the doorstep! Then he and Stiles both thought it would be a fantasitic idea to go wonder about in the woods. Why? No idea." Scott answered, as he sighed.
Dylan glared at him.
"Well, you went through with it, ddin't you?" Dylan asked, as Scott sighed and moved back over to the couch and sat down.
"Uhm, hey D..? Maybe you should ease up a little? He saved Liam's life." Stiles said.
Dylan looked at Liam, then back to Stiles. She then looked back down at Scott, who was avoiding eye contact.
"Fine." Dylan mumbled, as Scott looked upto her, "How's the arm?"
"Oh, you mean before or after you punched it?" Scott asked, as Dylan glared at him, "Yeah... fine. Just sore."
"Sorry." Dylan muttered, sitting beside her brother and looked at the arm, "It's pretty much healed. What was you shot with?"
"Wolfbane." Derek answered for him, as Dylan looked at Scott, sighing.
"What did I tell you about being more careful!" Dylan shouted, "Mom will not be very impressed to hear this. She is angry that you didn't tell her where you was, until Liam and Stiles came by this morning telling us you stayed the night here."
"I know, I know." Scott muttered, "You tell me a thousand times a day! And, it gets annoying. We should be able to roam free, but of course there has to be hunters. There always is, where ever we turn, there they are. I'm shocked that Gabe and Nolan hasn't gone running to the hunters anyway."
"Well..." Liam said, rubbing the back of his neck, "Ealier, I notice Nolan and Gabe were heading in one of the directions towards Mr. Sargent."
"But, he isn't a hunter anymore?" Derek questioned.
"Yup. But, they do not know that." Liam said.
"Well, we should get going now." Dylan said, grabbing Scotts arm and yawnking him up while pulling him towards the door, "You are in so much trouble!"
"Who with? You or Mom?" Scott asked, pulling his arm free then turning to looked at Liam, Stiles, and Derek, "I'll see you guys later. I have two angry women to deal with."
"I would wish you look, but it wouldn't do no good." Stiles said, as Scott just sighed.
"Say your goodbyes now, because there won't be another chance." Scott said, as he shouted in protest when Dylan grabbed him by his hood of his hoodie, "Dylan, I have legs!"
"Then use them."
Scott groaned, as he dragged himself to the car parked, which was Melissa's car. Scott got in the passenger seat, while Dylan in the drivers.
"I see Derek treated you well." Dylan spoke up, as Scott sent her a glance then turned his eyes back outside of the window.
"Yeah, I guess. I mean, he made sure I didn't die, we have been kinda doing that backwards and forwards thing? Where, I make sure he doesn't die, he makes she I don't die, then we both make sure each other doesn't die. Including Stiles." Scott said, as Dylan just laughed, "It's only the truth."
"Yeah, well you should start facing the truth right now, because you are ready to face the wrath of Mother." Dylan said, turning the engine of the car off, as Scott took a deep breath then exited the car, so did Dylan.
"I hope she takes it easy. My head still hurts." Scott said, as Dylan opened the front door, and shut it behind Scott. Scott looked around, and only sighed and turned in the direction of the kitchen when hearing fast paste footsteps comeing towards him. He saw Melissa stood there, anger written across her face, while tapping her foot on the floor.
"Mind telling me where you were? And, why you were in the woods in the middle of the night, almost dying?" Melissa asked.
"That's kinda funny story." Scott said, as Melissa glared at him, "Wasn't my fault."
"Ugh! He pushed Liam out of a way of an arrow, and got it into him himself!" Dylan said, pushing past Scott, "And, then that arrow had Wolfpane on it, so Derek had nursed him back to health."
"Hey, at least I ain't dead!" Scott said.
"You stupid, stupid boy." Melissa said.
"What? I couldn't just let my Beta die, Mom!" Scott said, but was shocked when Melissa wrapped her arms around him.
"That isn't why you are foolish. It's because, you always think of others before yourself. You're my baby Wolf boy." Melissa said, messing up Scotts hair then kissed his cheek, "Now, you. Go and do your homework."
Scott nodded and walked up the stairs, Dylan seemed to notice her brother in a hurry, and wanted to go see if he was okay, but her Mom asked for some help in the kitchen.
____________________After an hour or so, Scott was in his room, with that book about Werewolves and all Supernatural beings sat infront of him, looking through it, to hopefully find a clue about the Auther, his notes from Math class what he borrowed from Lydia also sat infront of him, as he still needed to study for an Math exam.
"Hey Lil bro." Scott quickly slammed the Supernatural book shut, and spun round, seeing Dylan looking at him from his door way, looking at him weirdly, then her eyes traveling to the Supernatural book, what Scott moved abit under some papers, "Okay, what is that book?"
"Oh, this? Nothing, nothing. Just some stupid study book, for... history." Scott said, as Dylan groaned and walked over then moved the papers off of the book, and pointing at the title, "Yup. History."
"It says Supernatural beings." Dylan said, "Now out with it."
"Fine!" Scott shouted, Dylan sitting on his desk, "I found this book in the libary... and it says everything about Werewolves, Banshees, Kitsune, Hellhounds, and even chimaras! The whole lots in here. I then went to see who checked out the book, and it was Gabe."
Dylan looked shocked and flipped the book open.
"There doesn't seem to be much on True Alphas, all it says that they don't steal or have to kill somebody to get the power, it has to be earned." Dylan said, "That's weird? Who's the Auther?"
"That's the thing, its an un-known Auther!" Scott said, "I've been reading it, to hopefully gain a clue to who the Auther is."
"Maybe Allison's Dad will know." Dylan said, closing the book and looking at the Maths notes on Scott's desk, "Math exam and you needed to borrow Lydia's notes?"
"Yup." Scott said, as Dylan nodded, and patted her brother shoulder.
"Good luck, Bro. I will search this for ya, and get back to ya, while you do your studys." Dylan said, picking up the Supernatural being book, while Scott just turned back to his Math notes, sighing he started reading them over, trying to memorize them all.
